I really liked my stay there. I stayed there for the Rock n Roll half marathon back in Feb and the Conrad room was very affordable, plus my discount. I ended up walking to a nearby shopping Mall and there were bars nearby which was actually good enough for me. The walk just didn’t seem too far to Wynn area. It’s good if you want that Vegas experience but slightly away from the hustle and bustle of center strip I guess. I have a buddy who lives in the Arts District so I rented a car, and it was a short drive to him and also took a trip by car to Area 15 and one day drove out to Cliff Shadows (or whatever it’s called haha). My only drawback was my confusion with the two parking garages and which elevator went to my room (seeing as the place had three different hotels). I finally understood the layout of this huge random place by its final day. I would definitely need a redo, but it just might not be “user friendly” for the individual not used to large places like that.
