    Hi JJ i track everyday both in writi g and on my fitness pal ❤ ive lost 172 pounds in total and 150 pounds since my bypass. I have your loafed smoothie for breakfast every morning i drink 32 ozs of green tea. 130g protein and 40g fiber. My carbs are below 100 total per day i keep fat lowish to avoid dumping. I love your videos you are a lady you change lives hugs to you. I hope you and your boys are well ❤❤❤❤

    Your advice is so sound! I like the idea of intermittent fasting, but I use collagen peptides in my coffee and ACV in my water when I get up in the morning. It's definitely not a meal, but is it breaking the fast?

      It can but I do the same with great results.

      Collagene peptites are protein and spike insuline so yes it breaks fast. Acc contains some carbs like 5g per 100 ml so that is like a gray area

    I’ve been tracking daily, religiously for months but swinging up and down between the same 2-3lbs. And I know it’s because I do well with food choices till I don’t. I still track but it’s not keeping me on track.

    Memo: protein stays aboslute, but low carb high fat or high carb low fat might vary but both cant be high at the same time!
