    This video is gold ❤❤❤ People don’t believe me when I say my weight is in the 140’s because my body fat is a lot lower these days. When I was in my 20’s in order to be the size I am now I would of had to weight around 120’s at 5”6’

    I’m almost 58 and definitely working towards being in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 60. I eat keto but with higher protein and I lift weights. I seem to be stuck at 23% body fat. Any suggestions? Also what is HRV?

    Perfect timing! I just hit my holding year and have a lifetime of fitness but man, how the body changes!! I'm on it!! and prepping now for how I'm going in to my SEXties and beyond 💪

    So my issue is that I too also travel a lot and I pack my supplements and am really great at taking the pill forms of my supplements, but the powdered forms kill me!!! I take your fiber, creatine and protein and just wish you offered pill forms of these….or at least individually packaged units that I could bring when I travel, instead of messy ziploc baggies! Which more often than not explode in my luggage!!!!
