I clicked on one of your videos about it and anyhow all these videos of different twitches on your body started popping up in my feed, but my question is to you... why are you posting that in UA-cam? If it’s like a medical problem for some reason, you should go see a doctor shouldn’t you?
Just sharing the videos. Other people have the same problem. It's BFS - Benign Fasciculation Syndrome. It's not life threatening. It is really annoying and stressful but nothing serious. I started twitching everywhere like this when I was 12 years old. I'm 48 now. If it was a serious medical problem it likely would have killed me by now instead of still going for 36 years. Glad you enjoyed the blizzard video!

Do you also get muscle cramps? I’ve been getting these for a few months this now.
