Hi Rosie , very nice cake, thanks for showing us, and i have a question what gel color do you use? I am not sure if i have been using it wrong way or not in my butter cream frosting ? It is Wilton gel color but my problem is the color is dripping off from the frosting cream when i bring cake out to room temperature from chilling in the fridge, the color is like dripping off from the frosting like dots around the cake , is it normal for gel color in butter cream frosting? Your top tier from freezer did not sweat. How to avoid that? I leave it for 30 minutes and still can’t handle it. Then if I leave it for one hour and it sweats a lot.. how to fix it? Please help Rosie
