Over the years, i've been saving up to buy an R33 skyline but I got laid off from the company I worked for for 10 years due to Covid-19 and I'm sure my dreams of owning one some day has been thrown out the window. I still love watching videos of them though.

Love seeing these cars .... got most of them or all of them here in Jamaica but definitely not the same condition as those in Japan
11:18 some custom cars do that lift in the hood for venting.. some motorsports do that.. it's not usually damaged it's just for additional venting.. some ricers do that for just looks..
the way it uses zipties to connect body panels that car i think it is use in motorsports in some point..

My favourite car was definitely the laurel
I had a JZS147 TT with the 2JZ-GTE around 11 years ago! It was a 1991 Aristo which has the first 2jz-gte engine before the 1993 Supra got it! I own a 2000 Vertex edition V300 now! Planning to add another to my collection! JZS161 has shifttronic transmission which is faster than the JZS147!

That aero kit made it look slot more beefy. The older model laurels were smaller too. In person they're actually very small, 180sx's look bigger

Hondas are pretty rare here in Oki. Mainland has tons, though.

The R30s have headlights that are like straight and rectangular whilst the 31 has ones that wrap around the corners a bit

That silver GTR at dream run is about 35k USD. stopped and talked to them couple weeks ago inquiring on it.

dude look at the tail lights @9:26 i think thats the third time this exact skyline showed up in your videos if i remember right but always years apart... the first time it apeared it was in decent condition actualy but also with the cracked rear light

That not a srt8 badge on a basic 300c , it is a factory srt8 just not sold for American market because you have charger , these were sold in southern hemisphere

Those little Jimny things are pretty cool. Wonder how well they hold up to rust? 🤔 I noticed something I never see in any of your videos, not that it would be worth featuring, but I used to see them in videos from Japan all the time 10 years ago, is those little Suzuki Escudos. We had them in the US as the Suzuki Sidekick and Geo Tracker. Japan also sold it as a Mazda Proceed something... And Europe got it as a Suzuki Vitara. I know they're super prone to rust. Come to think of it, I never really see them here, either.

tbh, we can call the Prius ugly and all, but it kickstarted the Hybrid trend, and if we like it or not, Hybrid and full electric is the future. One day we are telling our grand kids how a Twin Turbo V8 sounded like.

I wonder how much the r30 sold for it did have work equip 05 on it, if the car was basically junk and he bought it for less than $1 or 2k it might be worth it just for the wheels and front mount. Junk the rest and get your money back in scrape
