Perfection‼️ This architectural design is outstanding and I love how you explained that you were able to bring the owner’s vision to fruition. Thanks for sharing and I wish you all the best in 2025. Cheers to a prosperous year on YT & with all your business endeavors❤🥰‼️‼️🎉🙏
Lovely, but here goes my critique. Passage too narrow, windows are too small, there should be sliding or pocket doors leading to the lanai, master bathroom is too small, too many walls to be considered an open concept, living room could be bigger too, windows are too small.
What a beautiful view. Great content.
Thank you very much!
Very nice well designed and a lovely view. Loving all of this
Wow
Nice design bro 😎

Your views though…like wow!!
Wow how do you remain so calm with that stunning view!!! I would not be able to contain myself. SO BEAUTIFUL!! From the Midwest USA of course.
This is a cohesive design. Straight lines equal affordability and is a interior designer’s dream to decorate.
Nice house
Excellent video, love your content. I'm a subscriber and your work is amazing . Stay blessed.👍❤
Thank you for subscribing and your kind words. 🙏🏽
@Peter, Peter, this is really nice. This is the exact look I want. Just 4 bedrooms. We are getting close.
I have never seen a house with the laundry room at the front as you enter, but it’s a nice house
@@gary..r640 I entered through the garage which is at the front and the laundry room is off the garage.
Bro do a video on why they use that type of materials in st Elizabeth and Manchester and others area
I would have put the stairs to the Gazebo on the inside
It’s not an open concept at all, but there is good flow.
Thanks for the update. I love the progress.
I thought you were no longer on UA-cam. Your updates are far apart.
Thank you. I just don’t post regularly but I’m still on here. I will try to post more often.
@PJEbanks Yeah man u need fi a post more often bro....dont stop....we love d vids
What was the overall cost excluding the land cost?
It would be very informative if you could provide a running total for the sum of $$ spent with each update. just an estimate.
What is this area of st Elizabeth call
That area is called "Corby". It's between Southfield and Munro.
Bedroom dem small man
16X16, 14X16 & 14X14
Are you anarchitect?
Yes, I’m the one who did the drawings for this house.
@ so you would have to look at the lot to know how the structure will look like or if I have a design idea you can visualize the idea

All of your points could be have been motivated by budget constraints.
I designed it exactly how I want it with consideration on safety, security and functionality.@Hengel_Andrews
@@Hengel_Andrews that could be.
I think you stole my thunder. Lol. The exact same criticism I have. Obviously I know it’ll look great when it’s finished regardless
