I actually have a jar that I mixed equal parts flax, hemp, and chia seeds that I keep on hand for my oats. Makes it handy for prepping!

I love your meal preps! That soup looked delicious! Can you ever do a Q&A with viewer questions you get commonly, including Colin? Maybe help us learn a little more about you without being too invasive. I would love to know how and why you got into being vegan, why you recently started eating eggs, and how your mother is doing on the new diet you started her on last fall/early winter. So glad to hear Colin this video and would love to see him on the Q&A. Take questions and put them on slips of paper and draw them out and take turns answering them, something like that. Thank you as always for your videos and recipes and content. I enjoy them so much! Have a great week! Can't wait to try this soup!

Heyy have you tried brewing your own kombuchaa? It's so easy to make and you can flavor it whatever you like. I LOVE adding hibiscus and rose water to my kombucha! It's a life changer

Happy Birthday Chanty, in advance. I buy the curry powder and garam masala at the grocery store in bags that are 7 ounces for less than $6.00, then I fill jars and put them in the fridge. What do you eat with the curry? Did you ever consider making your own Kombucha? You didn't say how long you cook the curry did you? I make mine on the stove but would definitely try it in the instant pot.
