Welcome back to the channel ya Kookz! Today, we are addressing rust on the new van and we are also going to give it a new sweet look with some Raptor Bed Liner.
This is a five step process in painting your van with bedliner and it takes about 2-4 days. But, this will help you remove most rust from these pesky Sprinters, as well as give a nice curb appeal to the Sprinter Van.

All the way to the back. We just taped off some lines and it came out great
Oh sorry on this van. It went to the seam where the roof goes flat. We have painted others the entire roof.

Great video, definitely want to put bed liner on my roof one day. One thing I wish you would have mentioned is how much it would cost to get this professionally done and how much you guys spent, ball park for each so folks can know the amount they can save by doing it themselves. Nitram Midnite hey we have another video here that breaks it down better. I’ve never been quoted I just know that it’s definarley something we could diy. Thanks we are stoked on the turn out. This is awesome, I have a question: how is it holding up in the lower 1/5th of the van along the lines you made?
It’s holding up great we’ve had it on our current van for almost 4 years now.

Nicely done. I'll be doing the bodywork and paint on my 2005 Sprinter this summer. I have been seriously considering raptor liner for the bottom similar to what you have done. How well is it holding up?
Amazing it’s a great product and has a fair greater price tag. Also very easy to diy. We have a few videos on it in our channel.
Hey guys, when you get to the part of adding cabinets, etc to the van interior. Will you document a little? I've never seen any good videos on how to attach wood to metal on the inside of a van. Thanks!

How much Raptor paint did you need to do the van? 2 packs?
I think we used 10 total. We painted the lower sides, the roof, the interior floor and the hood and the rims.
Hey guys great video.. How many litres did you use to paint the whole van?
I think for the roof, sides, and hood we used 3.5 kits. A kit was 4 bottles.

Not sure whether Raptor is different or not than its competitors, but I learned the hard way that some of these products need to be 'painted' over. The UV rays really do some damage to some of the bedliner products, so although you probably checked this... just thought I'd put it out there in case'you didn't. Thanks for sharing!
Jackie Gammon wow we totally glossed over how we waited to paint it in the afternoon! So no direct Sunrays and it can dry overnight. We almost got some rain right after we finished too! So it is important to check the weather! Thank you so much for mentioning that and thank you for watching!!
