Finally a crossfit coach that truly understands and discusses physiology and individual consideration, really refreshing and insightful to listen to!

Jakob Geholm it is great to see! On the other hand sometimes it’s too overthought. He trains great athletes but the guys who are winning (Rich and Mat) don’t focus too in depth like this. They do constantly varied high intensity functional movement.

Give us the benefit of the doubt brother! the people that are attracted to watch these types of videos are going to generally understand the more advanced terminology and energy systems associated with becoming a better athlete. I feel like you are trying to break it down for the people that aren't even watching. We is super smart if we is watching :) Looking forward to your future videos!

Great video! Max, you literally described me during my first ever WOD: Wall balls, running and pullups - Me: I've done an Ironman - I'm going to crush this!! WOD: 🤣🤣Guess who's gonna get crushed!
I crumbled on those first wallballs - i'll never again underestimate the impact of movement on breathing!!

Can you explain what you mean by someones NS recruiting to much muscle fiber on light loads vs heavy loads? That seems to be one of the things i run in to but i have no idea as to how to fix it
