I feel like I always repeat myself with you guys but this stuff is so dead on, gold. Love the presentation and material. It is such a refreshing view on competitive training that I feel is overlooked or misunderstood. Structured, intentional training and periodization = results, longevity, and moves the needle toward success. This sport, and any training for that matter, requires CONSISTENCY and TIME. Realistically most peoples goals and desires within CrossFit take a long time to reach, MUCH longer than what most people expect. Having a clear understanding of that from the get go will greatly reduce the chances of burnout or the individual quitting. Simple math, constant max effort heart rate and high % loading = burnout, fatigue, hormonal imbalance and ultimately results in people quitting strictly based on having an unrealistic approach to how they should be training. That was long winded but I wanted to get my message out there. I love this sport as an aspiring competitive athlete, I love coaching and I believe in you guys mission and view points, thank you guys so much- you have greatly impacted my life.

Would you put the limiter and bridge in different cycle or the same cycle? Would you keep it 4-6 or 8-12 cycle? Thank you
