Norwegian Escape (NCL): Wheelchair Accessible Inside Cabin Tour

- We sailed on the Norwegian Escape for seven nights in December 2019. Our Category IB Wheelchair Accessible Inside Stateroom was located on Deck 11 midship, a few staterooms aft of the forward elevators.
Because the room was wheelchair accessible, it was quite a bit larger than a typical Category IB stateroom including significantly more space at the entrance of the room. The bathroom featured many wheelchair accessible amenities, including a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted sink, and more.

Thank you for making this video. I looked for a long time for this information and you seem to be the only one who has taken the time to make this content available. My husband and I are both disabled and we appreciate it.
We're so glad the information was helpful!
The food down mirror is a good idea
Great tour. Thanks
Thanks for the video . will be sailing on the escape with my son . who uses a wheelchair next year . i laugh about now a few years ago sailed on the bliss i was like how do you turn on the lights . because sailed on princess before and have light switches
Hope you and your son enjoy the cruise!
How is the ship though accessible to get onto for a wheelchair and can you get off at different ports if you have an electric wheelchair?
All cruise ships have a ramp for getting on/off the ship both at the start/end of the cruise as well as in ports. We've seen many people using electric wheelchairs to get on/off the ship in port, so that shouldn't be a problem at all.
