Matt. I bought a 2019 Gt Premium in April. I’m almost 70 and have never had a cool/fast car, thought what the hell, ain’t gettin any younger. I love it. I did the Ceramic coating and wow what a difference. So easy to clean and the shine is amazing! I’ve got the fever for a 2020 Bullitt, but don’t want to let go of my midnight black Gt. May put it up for awhile and go for it. Nice video thanks, the ole Virginia mountain man!😎💨
robby ,you aint getting any younger. I just bought my BULLITT 3 months ago (Im 59 ) No regrets , but I gotta work another two years. I just love the look of the car and don't they make you feel good I am spending the kids inheritance... they will get the house
I’m 67 and bought the 50th Anniversary BULLITT....so lemme tell ya.....Just DO IT!! GO FOR IT!!!! The BULLITT is THE most fun ya can have with your pants on man!!!! An amusement park on wheels.....ALL AND MORE THAN WE WANTED AS KIDS!!!!!! Yessssssssss..DO IT, 🔥🐎🚘 Brother!!
I'm just now deciding what Mustang to get! 47 years young here and never owned a pony before. Previous best car was a ricer (WRX) lol, but have always loved V8s :)
Don I’ve kinda rethought my plan of action. The Gt350 will not be produced in 2021. So I think it would be a good time to pickup a deal if One can be found on a 17 or 18. I think they will increase in value, who knows. It’s an amazing car though!😎
I'm also at almost 10k miles, almost a year of owning my Bullitt and knock on wood I haven't had a single issue! No typewriter or knocking sounds, no digital dash issues, and no rattling noises that seemed unnatural. Like you I plan on keeping this car for life!
Matt. I bought my 2019 Bullitt Shadow Black, in May of this year (2020). and I, like you, love every moment in that car. The sound of the exhaust is just...you already know. You were one of the reasons why i went with the purchase. I did all the research I could but your initial reactions and enjoyment driving were the "driving" force behind my decision. Enjoy that ride sir!
It's great to hear you still appreciating your Bullitt, such a gorgeous edition! I just hit close to 10K miles on my Hemi Challenger & feel in a similar groove with it, cars are the best man!
Happy to hear you're still very pleased with the Bullitt. Glad to hear you say you will keep it forever because when I was 20 years old I bought a 1969 Pontiac GTO and kept it only 7 years. The "gas crisis" hit us, long lines at the pumps, price of gas skyrocketed. I got rid of it for a Toyota Celica. I've dreamed about it so many times where it actually messed up my mind. I mean I thought if I went to my dad's garage and open the door that it would be there. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't actually fall in love with a car...it happens.
I am a 19 year old and I have owned two 1969 Pontiac GTOs now and they are amazing cars. I was so lucky to have gotten to restore those vehicles. True beasts of their time.
Very cool Matt! A taste of real life, unlike so many other car UA-camrs who get bored of their cars after a few months, or swap cars constantly for the increased views. Keep up the good work!
Awesome you're driving your car. These cars are built to be driven. Not sitting in a garage collecting dust. Hope you make it to 100,000 miles and beyond. 👍👍👍
That’s why I’m glad I went with the base model 13 gt. Less electronics and no digital gauges equals less issues. I didn’t buy a gt for the electronics. I bought it for the sound, 5.0 coyote performance and the looks
"just like a new shoe that has finally settled and fit comfortably" not quoting you exact haha but I Remember in a GT weekly update you said something very similar. anyways, glad you had a year of safe reliable 10k miles. onto the next 10k then 100k. Keep it up Matt. almost at 400k subs too :)
My 2014 Mustang has been incredibly reliable. Two minor issues in 110K miles. Problem 1: Read diff pinion seal blew at 36K. Fixxed under warranty and no problems since. Problem 2: Small leak in the cooling system(gasket at the water pump) at 100K. Fixxed pretty easily. Gaskets on the cylinders/head are fine. Original brake pads lasted 73k miles. Manuals just don't require you to always be on the brakes. Mods done to it - racing bracket shifter upgrade - more noise, but now it's solid mounted to the transmission and operates like a rifle bolt between shifts.
Hi Matt. I took delivery on my Bullitt around the same time as you. Mine had it's 1st.oil change at 1500 miles. It was a time issue, not mileage. The car has 3500 miles on it now. My only concern is the transmission has a slight notch feel between 2nd and 3rd. If I shift super slow, it is not felt. The dealer says that the transmission feels normal to them. Also on the rare occasion when I shift the car at roughy 5k RPM I hear a slipping sound when I let out the clutch. Recently that sound seems to be possibly going away. The service department supervisor took a ride with me, and heard the same sound, he felt that it may need further investigation. Have you experienced any of these issues? Like you regarding not wanting the dealer to mess with your exhaust, I am hoping that the transmission smoothens out with more miles. I would rather not have my car taken apart at such low mileage. Other than that I love the car. Fun having a powerful stick shift car again. I'm like you don't drive this car a lot, I'm retired and share my driving with 8 other cars, so they all have very low mileage. My exhaust tips are still fine, in your case, it looks like all you need to do is a very light sanding with wet/dry paper, then carefully repaint the tips with flat or semi black hi heat paint. Done! Thanks.. Regards John C
I've noticed 3 issues with my 19 gt (currently 4,700 miles), first is the rear glass did the same rattle but only during the first month. Another is a squeaking sound on cold mornings from a engine pulley but it goes away after a minute. The last thing is the drivers door is making a popping sound when fully opened and I think it's from the door check stop.
Loving my new Bullitt. Weekend driver for me. Just under 1000 miles since I got it in mid-May 2019. No issues with car so far. "Love the color" is always the first comment I get about the car. 2nd is the sound of the exhaust. very fun car to drive.
Great & honest review Matt! I’m in Australia & I’ve only managed about 2,000+ miles in 9 months! BUT!!! I’m absolutely in love with my Bullitt!!! Like u mate, every time I look at it, let alone start it my pulse races! My kids nearly fall out of bed when I start it on sport!!!😈😱 💩 🤣
RS1 It’s called having wayyyy toooo many toys in the shed!!! I know it’s extremely low mileage but I’ve got a good mate who’s only done 200 mile!!! Yes! Believe me I’ve told him it’s not a collectors car as in drive the damn thing! My other go to is a 68 GT390 fastback still in LHD! I consider myself pretty fortunate 🙏🏻😎
Two things you mentioned: 1 - The seats have those extra lines, so they are pre-"ruffled" 2 - A shifter bracket will solve the lock-out issue. This is pretty much a must-have on manual Mustangs. It locks you out as the bushings get sideways/flex too much and the linkage binds. This gets worse as the car gets older/has more years of shifting on it. The shifter is floating on bushings to keep noise and vibration down. You really want it solidly mounted to the transmission.
Always love your content. 2 questions, do you really notice a difference between your previous 16 gt and this bullitt? 2nd question:since you've driven all 3, which do you prefer, your old 16 gt, your current bullitt or the gt350...
Thanks for the update. I initially wanted the Bullitt but unfortunately the Ford Dealers in Northern California were tacking on $10,000 each. I ended up getting a few other vehicles instead. Good to hear you intend on keeping your Bullitt and kudo's for the personalized license plate.
Fairfield Ford (Fairfield, CA) still has 6 Bullitts on their lot (4HG & 2B). They are knocking off 2.5K off their sticker price. Saving up for a down payment now, but may opt to get the 2020 Bullitt.
Nice to see 10.000 review, I love my BULLITT and it is such a nice car. I Have had a problem with it intermittently after a short run and parking it for five minutes that I drive it out of the carpark down to the next set of traffic lights or worse at a crossroad and it starts to lose power when I try to take off (similar to gas starvation) It comes back on but you can imagine what happens when you are pumping the gas and it comes back on song. Ive used nothing but premium gas and have had it dealer serviced .Its been a few month since it has done this. Im thinking maybe a performance tune and ecu remapping might eliminate the glitch. Also thinking of filling up with shell v power. I have only done 3500 kms in it (australian rh drive ) Looking forward to your 20.000 review
Okay great thanks. I try to do my first oil change around 3,000 kms. Hopefully you are still a WRX fan. I ordered my first Subaru the 1st week of April, a 2019 WRX Sport-tech (I am in Canada) and today I found out from my sales guy that it has been built and is on the ship scheduled to leave Japan in 2 days. The plus it that is a 2020 MY so the wait was worth it. I’ll show it on my channel when I get it. The last year for this current Gen WRX as you know, the totally revised WRX will be a 2021. Keep up the great videos Matt, you are one of the few big UA-camrs that I continue to follow.
Matt with the magna ride in your Bullitt, in normal mode does it ride like a base Mustang(ecoboost) without that option? Is it softer, the same, or firmer? Thanks.
Good morning! I have a question about the Bullitt. Mine is about 9 mos old. Recently I started getting software notifications that I needed to do connection via WiFi or Apple CarPlay. I tried but was unsuccessful. So the notifications persisted. I left it at my dealer for the fix. They said it takes about 2 hours and requires leaving car running etc. have you had this issue? Also if so how frequently are these software connections required? It could be an issue for me having to take it in frequently? Thanks. I’m not tech savvy being a bit older.
I have a 2018 GT premium with 7,000 miles. I got the automatic and am pretty happy with it but still miss the actual shifting of a six speed. Also, I have the regular instrument cluster but find that it could be more user-friendly. Enjoy your ride !
Much like my 2014 FORD Mustan GT, your Ford Mustang is bullet-proof. Keep up the maintenance on it and you'll be making videos for 50 years. Hello from McAllen Texas. 😷
Great to hear that the car is holding up so well. I have had 2 gage cluster black outs in 6000 miles. Also very briefly and recovers it self. Also during normal driving. I doubt there is something to do about it.
hi Matt, I am from Canada so I cant go to Blackout Tinting, but I have a rookie question, apply expel clear bra first or ceramic coat first? I guess the ceramic coat first?
Thanks for the update. Hopefully there will be a way to get those tips recoated. In the meantime, enjoy that exhaust sound. Still my favorite of the current generation Mustang.
Hey Buddy what's up Please I Need your help I'm considering on getting a 2020 Mustang Bullitt Please what are the options That I Should get with the car I know for sure I'm not getting the Recaro's What other options do you consider me getting that I should have on the car money is not an issue Any Feedback will be appreciated thanks Lol Rich!! 👍😎
Trading VW GTI and Buying a 2019 Bullitt. Apples to Oranges. Nothing bad to say about the VW GTI, excellent daily driver. I found myself wanting to do modifications to the GTI that would never produce the same feeling as the Bullitt. Anyway, let’s see how this adventure goes and how much gas I go through this year. 😳😁
Had mine since the end of June. Can't wait to get rid of it!! Like the standard seats . Very comfortable. Like the looks. That's where it ends. Car is geared wrong. Transmission is horrible . Refuses to go into third at high rpm. Throws are too long. Tail pipes stick out a half inch farther one one side and can't be adjusted. . Ford denied warranty on a ripped pocket back of the right front seat after 400 km and having no one in the rear seat. Washing the car today and found the paint on the inside of the bottom driver door skin bubbling. Far to many issues for 1200 km (750 ) miles. Extremely disappointed.
Hi Matt, About two months ago I asked you for some advice starting a car review channel, I did start one the other day, but about baking. It is called "I Baked It". Two videos and feeling my way around shooting and editing...lots to learn. All this is out of necessity. I am a teacher in Toronto and the TDSB(Toronto District School Board) has had some cutbacks therefore I have to give this a good try. Please subscribe, more sweet goodies to come. And I enjoy your channel immensely. Cheers, Paul P.S. If you have any tips or constructive criticism I am all ears. And I love my 2018 Ecoboost immensely.
Love the Car. I am not really familiar with mustangs but as exciting it was driving my manual challenger when I bought it. The fun went up considerably when I put a Hurst shifter in it and the fun went out of roof when I changed the Hurst to a Barton shifter. Recommend The Barton to anyone with a manual.
The Supercharged FRS is the best daily driver!. Matt get a C8 Corvette base model best bang for da buck! love your truths about your reviews keep'em going!
Matt- congratulations on a great first year with your Bullitt. I was wondering how you would compare the driving dynamics with a standard premium GT. My Bullitt is a bit bouncy or choppy riding. The Magneride doesn’t seem to make a real difference. What’s your feeling about smoothness of ride quality of in the Bullitt compared to your experience with a regular GT?
They both seem the same to me because technically they have identical suspension setups other than the different wheels. Mine doesn't seem bouncy, are the tire pressures all in the correct range and everything? That's the only thing I can think of that might be off.
Matt Maran Motoring - Thanks for the quick reply. Yes the tire pressure is good all around. I think the Bullitt has a harder/stiffer suspension setup then the GT so that may be the difference. It’s not that big of a deal because I’ve been using it less then I expected. I’m actually driving a used 2008 Miata
Bouncy/floaty ride is inherent to the S550 Performance Pack suspension. It's just really not all that good. The only way around this is a good aftermarket coilover set like the KW V3. I would also highly recommend the Steeda stop the hop kit. You will not believe the difference these components make.
Man it’s time to get an aftermarket exhaust. It’s been a year now. I changed mines the first day I got the car. That’s the best part of any muscle/sports car. The sound... you wouldn’t have exhaust tips flaking if you changed the stock exhaust to something better.
Thanks! I would recommend it if you want the extra shine and protection, as long as you don't mind losing the ability to take it through a car wash. Personally, I don't care about the exterior appearance a whole lot, so whether or not I'd do it again would depend on what deal I could get on the cost of it.
Matt, what is your opinion on the 2008 Bullitt vs the 2019 Bullitt? I have a 2008 Bullitt that I am considering selling for the 2019, but I just don't know. It's more than double the price and I could get a super nice 07-12 GT500 for that price lol
It all depends what you value. If you value the newest safety, tech and the best performance (both handling and acceleration) then the 2019 is great and I think they're well worth the money Ford charges. But if you love the 08 and it's enough for you, then stick with it. You can always supercharge it and have similar power to those older GT500s.
Matt, hope you do a trip to the Tail of the Dragon sometime. You would need a 4 day weekend trip to truely enjoy it, the fall is a good time to go as it's a little less busy. I've been going every year since 2003, can't imagine missing a year🐉 This years trip is the 3rd week of Oct, maybe I'll see SaabKyle again 😉
My only issue is that I have a hard time keeping tread on the tires. I'm sure you could hit those exhausts with a rattle can full of some high temp, matt black paint to freshen up those tips. As to noise, the only funny noise I ever heard was when I dropped the seats down. That rear axle sounds like all hell is about to break loose. I returned the seat backs to their upright position and I can't hear any of that racket. Amazing how well seat cushions damp sounds. Who knew?
I've owned more than a few Ford's and loved them. I've never had any engine problems with any of them, but man do they always have electrical issues. Turn signals, windows, the neutral/park start switches, air conditioning knobs etc. I don't know what their deal is but I have not owned one Ford that did not have some electrical quirkiness throughout its life. Different models too so not even the same factory. Always great engines and even transmissions for me but frustratingly petty electrical stuff. Makes me wonder if they have some facility that builds all the wiring harnesses for everything and have quality issues there.
There’s no way that exhaust is one piece from cat back. On the 18-19 they unbolt right around the axle... then there is a mid pipe with a resonater from the axle pipe to the cats that unbolts as well
I've been waiting for this update. I remember the video where you bought it and said you'd do a year or 10K update. Can't remember how you worded it originally. Hit those exhaust tips with a SOS pad or brillo.
I'm wanting a 2019 or 2020 GT Premium. After seeing all the videos about 2k rattles and "typewriter ticks" it's refreshing to hear of someone without issues. It really has me hesitant to buy, but I'm wondering if it's been greatly blown out if proportion.
Ford should push the cabin back and have the roof line end on the edge of the trunk and have a long hood, push the motor behind the front axle and you got a mid engine car that can compete with the c8 and it's gonna look killer too
Matt, have you thought about getting an extended warranty for your Mustang? You have about two more years to think about it. I've been in between getting one for my Corvette. Maybe go over that in one of your videos? Thanks for the content!
Hey Matt, the only issue I have had with my UK Bullitt is the endless “still indexing device” with my 160GB iPod classic on Sync. I’m guessing there is just too much memory for Sync to handle. No biggie on a car I love, but wish Ford could sort it.
Giddy? I know the feeling! Nice video, and I’m glad it’s holding up. Your XPEL video influenced my decision to get my 2019 GT done. Have you tried the hot water trick? The XPEL PPF is supposed to be self healing when you pour hot water on it. Those dings and imperfections look like good candidates to see if you can heal them. Fire up that teapot!
Glad to hear everything still feels good and is working well with your 10k mile car lol! Actually not you’re already having issues after only 1 year and 10 k miles lol that’s crazy
I got Xpel and ceramic on my 2019 Bullitt, too. The Xpel covers most of the front but I also had them Xpel the rear trunk panel simply because it gets handled so much. I daily drive my Bullitt and it still looks great. I still get approached by strangers who want to get a better look at it.
Matt. I bought a 2019 Gt Premium in April. I’m almost 70 and have never had a cool/fast car, thought what the hell, ain’t gettin any younger. I love it. Robby Skeens you’re 70 years old driving a GT? You have my respect man, I hope I’m livin like that when I get older🤞🏻
robby ,you aint getting any younger. I just bought my BULLITT 3 months ago (Im 59 )
No regrets , but I gotta work another two years.
I just love the look of the car and don't they make you feel good
I am spending the kids inheritance... they will get the house

Got mine in October 2019. Still at 4k, love that car.
Matt. I bought my 2019 Bullitt Shadow Black, in May of this year (2020). and I, like you, love every moment in that car. The sound of the exhaust is just...you already know. try painting the exhaust tips yourself with heat resistant paint of some kind
high temp paint
You were the reason why i got my s550 bro! Thank you so much for your reviews!
Glad to hear she's holding up well! Absolutely loved riding in it and has me thinking of one of my own!
It has 10k miles?
I am in the UK I get my Bullitt in early March. Fifty one years old and I am like a child, I can’t wait. Thanks for your vids.
Awesome you're driving your car. These cars are built to be driven. Not sitting in a garage collecting dust. Hope you make it to 100,000 miles and beyond. 👍👍👍
I love the clean look of the bullitt.
The gauge cluster is going bad get it checked out while it's still in warranty.
Exactly!!
That’s why I’m glad I went with the base model 13 gt. Less electronics and no digital gauges equals less issues. I didn’t buy a gt for the electronics. I bought it for the sound, 5.0 coyote performance and the looks
Matt...if you ever want to replace the weak-sounding single horn on your Bullitt. There's a dual horn replacement available. Part # is JR3Z-13832-A.

IMO, the exhaust tips wouldn’t be a big deal, love your car! The digital gauge would be a deal breaker though give me an analog cluster any day.
Still looks pretty good to me, it's still shiny, it's still burbles like a maniac and overall it's still BRILLIANT, good job bro🤙👏

Nice update Bro’. Good to know you haven’t wrecked it and you’ll stay a safe driver.
Two things you mentioned:

Nice review after 10,000 miles. Thank you. I want a green Bullitt.
It's nice to see that you're still enjoying your Bullitt.
Always love your content. 2 questions, do you really notice a difference between your previous 16 gt and this bullitt? 2nd question:since you've driven all 3, which do you prefer, your old 16 gt, your current bullitt or the gt350...

Literally the same thing happened to me lol
Funny, I just searched around Minneapolis and they have tons of Bullitts advertised for 4-6K off MSRP.
@@nsbioy that's the difference between dealers here vs the rest of the country. Two dealers up here still are asking thousands over MSRP
Fairfield Ford (Fairfield, CA) still has 6 Bullitts on their lot (4HG & 2B). They are knocking off 2.5K off their sticker price. Saving up for a down payment now, but may opt to get the 2020 Bullitt.
Most dealers are willing to deal now that the interest has died down. I drove 4 hours to get mine. Sometimes you gotta travel if you want a good deal.
I have only done 3500 kms in it (australian rh drive )
Looking forward to your 20.000 review
Thanks for continuing to watch the channel and congrats on your inbound WRX!
That's a bummer about the exhaust tips...maybe time to get some new ones, or try refinishing them, etc.
Love this video! This is my favourite (modern) car. Beautiful Mustang and great review!
Matt with the magna ride in your Bullitt, in normal mode does it ride like a base Mustang(ecoboost) without that option? Is it softer, the same, or firmer? Thanks.
3 years on my 2019 Bullitt and I only have 6,000 miles on it. I gotta drive it more. Best car I've ever driven.
Matt, I know you don’t care about the exhaust tips but all the camaro drivers have to stare at them... paint it for them :)
Camaro drivers get hypnotized by those sequential turn signals
Great review Matt, its AWESOME you enjoy the BULLITT.
very nice ride Matt. Super happy for you for earning your car. Keep up the great work.
Great to hear that the car is holding up so well. I have had 2 gage cluster black outs in 6000 miles. Also very briefly and recovers it self. Also during normal driving. I doubt there is something to do about it.
I love the Bullitt. I am really glad that Ford brought it back. Great channel and great content man! I remember the SubaruWrxfan days.
This is such a beautiful car. Im a mopar fan myself but that Bullit is damn beautiful 🔥💯
hi Matt, I am from Canada so I cant go to Blackout Tinting, but I have a rookie question, apply expel clear bra first or ceramic coat first? I guess the ceramic coat first?
I’ve come to the Bullitt late in the game, but I’m definitely going to buy one. Already visited 2 dealerships. My target date is February 2020.
Thanks for the update. Hopefully there will be a way to get those tips recoated. In the meantime, enjoy that exhaust sound. Still my favorite of the current generation Mustang.
Congrats, beautiful car. I have a 2008 and like the 987 Cayman, she just puts a smile on my face. Hard to explain, driver's cars I suppose
Thank you Matt for the update, I like your channel, you are very good with the reviews,,, Cheers mate and good luck,
Thanks Marius!
Saw my first Bullitt in person on the Dallas freeway this weekend. Great looking car!
Hey Buddy what's up
Please I Need your help
I'm considering on getting a 2020 Mustang Bullitt
Please what are the options
That I Should get with the car I know for sure I'm not getting the Recaro's
What other options do you consider me getting that I should have on the car money is not an issue
Any Feedback will be appreciated thanks
Lol Rich!! 👍😎
That color is beautiful!
She looks good Matt!! 👍🏻👍🏻
ikr
How do you keep the green color in your cluster? Mine always goes back to blue.
Not really a fan of green color on cars - but that Bullitt green is awesome!
Matt, the color is phenomenal! I would love to see a magnetic bullitt. Aside from the rear window rattle, do you have any interior buzzes/rattles?
No thankfully the other occasional rattles I had in my previous Mustangs haven't shown up so far in the Bullitt.
Cheers, Paul
Matt, When did you do your first oil change? At 2,000 miles?
No I did my first one at 4,300 miles.
@@rembo183 All the research I've done suggests that the Bullitt has no unique suspension components.
Eric ten Bensel - Thanks for the tips! Appreciate it!!
Keep her safe. Keep her beautiful.
Course he will since he's planning to keep it forever
@@BobThe9534 Keep in mind Matt's luck. Things come out of nowhere to attack his cars.
I was thinking about selling my bullitt this year after we've done a 3 week European road trip. But I'm really having second thoughts.
I'm a Chevy guy, but Ford nailed it with that rear end. Looking at the Mustang from behind, the car looks like it's squatting.
How come this was the first Matt Maran video I’ve been recommended since before you got the Bullitt bro?? UA-cam be tripping....
Man, only 10k in a year, that's the dream. I drove close to 50k for work last year, and probably another 20k on my personal vehicle.
I’m jealous! I wish I had more time to drive! I maybe do 20k a year between the press cars and my personal car.
Hey Matt, maybe you can find a product to coat the tips to make them look better? Possibly sand down the flaking part?
S550 Bullitt 4266 checking in
Have fun Matt!
Man it’s time to get an aftermarket exhaust. It’s been a year now. I changed mines the first day I got the car. That’s the best part of any muscle/sports car. The sound... you wouldn’t have exhaust tips flaking if you changed the stock exhaust to something better.
So after 10,000 miles later, Would you recommend the ceramic pro ? Thanks, love your videos.
Thanks! I would recommend it if you want the extra shine and protection, as long as you don't mind losing the ability to take it through a car wash. Personally, I don't care about the exterior appearance a whole lot, so whether or not I'd do it again would depend on what deal I could get on the cost of it.
@@MattMaranMotoring Why can't you use a car wash after you get the Ceramic Pro?
I've been going every year since 2003, can't imagine missing a year🐉
This years trip is the 3rd week of Oct, maybe I'll see SaabKyle again 😉
dude your car looks sleek and shiny :) lovely car
My only issue is that I have a hard time keeping tread on the tires.
I'm sure you could hit those exhausts with a rattle can full of some high temp, matt black paint to freshen up those tips.
As to noise, the only funny noise I ever heard was when I dropped the seats down. That rear axle sounds like all hell is about to break loose. I returned the seat backs to their upright position and I can't hear any of that racket. Amazing how well seat cushions damp sounds. Who knew?
Yeah, it's an easy way to hear more of the exhaust too!
1st Mod = Borla ATACK 3'' Cat-back - "Hack it up" Matt... !!!
There’s no way that exhaust is one piece from cat back. On the 18-19 they unbolt right around the axle... then there is a mid pipe with a resonater from the axle pipe to the cats that unbolts as well
No they don’t that unbolt. The exhaust is all one piece. I got my exhaust changed and saw it for myself. It’s one piece.
I just bought a SS 1LE. I’ve put 3k on it in the last month just cruising around town.
These are the greatest Mustangs ever. Near 500 hp STOCK? It is also reliable to boot? One day Ill pick one of them up.
Hello there, just curious, What about shifting so much on tráfic?
I Wish the 2020 Mustang GT 10-Speed Auto Came in This Color. Good Show Matt'.
Nice Video i love so much my mustang Bullitt 2019 i have 9000 km on it
I've been waiting for this update. I remember the video where you bought it and said you'd do a year or 10K update. Can't remember how you worded it originally. Hit those exhaust tips with a SOS pad or brillo.
Corsa Extreme Valved Exhaust, just do it. you'll be happy you did.
Todd Warburton did it on my Bullitt sounds much much better.. gun metal tips looks and sounds better than the stock
Just do it Matt!
He wants to keep his Bullitt stock
My exhaust is already the perfect sound to me.
Not everybody wants to be obnoxiously loud. It’s his daily driver
I'm wanting a 2019 or 2020 GT Premium. After seeing all the videos about 2k rattles and "typewriter ticks" it's refreshing to hear of someone without issues. It really has me hesitant to buy, but I'm wondering if it's been greatly blown out if proportion.
Ford should push the cabin back and have the roof line end on the edge of the trunk and have a long hood, push the motor behind the front axle and you got a mid engine car that can compete with the c8 and it's gonna look killer too
Compete with c8 hahaha funny hahahaha nice joke bro
yup ford chops off the exhaust and puts the new ones on with band clamps
Ford says the "typewriter tick" is normal for the 5.0. So why don't you have it?
I have it on my 5.0 2019.What solved it for me was a 5w30 or if I track my car 5w50 quiets it down big time
Matt, have you thought about getting an extended warranty for your Mustang? You have about two more years to think about it. I've been in between getting one for my Corvette. Maybe go over that in one of your videos? Thanks for the content!
You put a lot more miles on my car than I expected I wonder how many miles are on it now
Hey Matt, the only issue I have had with my UK Bullitt is the endless “still indexing device” with my 160GB iPod classic on Sync. I’m guessing there is just too much memory for Sync to handle. No biggie on a car I love, but wish Ford could sort it.
Mac McSharry just get an fm or am transmitter and then choose the radio station for ur iPod to play.
That's a good idea, I'll have to try that, thanks!
If you still get the giggles when you see the car you are getting your $$$ worth. Very cool car.
I love your Bullet! I think it held up pretty well.
I wish I had my own Bullitt
It only has 10,000 miles the condition better be close to new
Stevie Wanderer if a Bugatti Chiron had 10k mi, it probably wouldn't b considered a close to new car anymore
That ferry to Vermont. Was that from Champlain New York? If so that’s where I’m from originally. I now live in Florida.
