    I liked watching you complete this canning project!
    What is the diameter of your metal bowl you used doing this canning project ? That one looks like a good size for canning projects? I want to make cranberry juice but the fresh season passed me by. Can I use dries sweetened cranberries? They are real good quality. I looked in my USDA book, no mention. So does that mean no? Anybody out there have you heard of canning juice from dried fruit? Thank you I really enjoyed watching you from the start to the finish.

      Thank you so much! I just measured the bowl. 12”. I use it a lot. I don’t know of anyone who has used dried fruit to make juice to can. I will try to find out!

    Here is what I also do with my rhubarb...I dehydrate it then grind to a powder and use this beautiful pink powder to color my homemade soap...makes it beautiful pink to mauve color.

      I don’t have a steam canner-I need to get one lol. The recipe called for a jelly bag but a steam juicer might help get more juice! Which would be awesome

    Is that all the rhubarb juice you made, a single batch? It sure looks as though you have a ton of it and so I was wondering what else you do with your rhubarb if your not making the beautiful juice from it😋

      I can stewed rhubarb, I made another batch of juice plus I vacuum seal and freeze it. I made rhubarb jam and jelly too. Plus I make pies and cakes fresh.

    Thank you so much for sharing this. Can you please explain why you set the timer for only 10 min? I though it was supposed to be a 20 min water bath? Was that just a slip of the tongue or did you only process it for 10? I am curious. I am also curious whether you added the orange and lemon juice and if not, why would you just add the rind and not the juice?? Perhaps you did it off camera and forgot to edit it in? That is something I would do😂 Anyway, thank you for the detailed instructions!

      It is ten minute processing. Did I say 20? It’s ten. I did add the juices too. Hopefully my editing is improving lol.

      I got it on Amazon and really like it. I used it yesterday to make Rhubarb vanilla jelly!       No, because of the processing time. Just washed well and kept hot with water or in water bath

    Hmm this recipe just failed for me. But I think I know where I went wrong now. My rhubarb became like too soft. like mush. It held too much water I think
