- Today I’m making a new Easter Bun Recipe, Jamaican authentic Easter bun. It’s pretty simple to make and doesn’t require much kneading. No dragon, guiness or baking powder. I will be using the yeast method.

@@dhudsonmorrisonI thought it was free, but you will have to pay £2.00 cause I am in the UK 🇬🇧. Its not free as stated. I don't understand we are the ones who build up your channel and subscribe then we are now asked to pay for these recipes on UA-cam SMH. 8f we have to pay just say so, but instead of sending us to a next link which could be easily added here.
What do you add instead of the milk for the vegan version?
I appreciate you for watching, however this is the only recipe I have ever asked for a super thanks, most of the the time people just screen shot and don’t watch the videos, not even a like or a comment. The same way you would buy a recipe book so I don’t see the point of you being upset

A couple of things. Please make the entire recipe printable. . I lived in England until I was 15, this is the way my mother made bun, of course she was Jamaican. When I came to live in the United States I was shocked, because the Jamaican bun that I was accustomed to eating tasted entirely different. It turns out that the bun here in the United States is made with baking powder, and various other things my mother never used. This one reminds me of my mother. Thanks for the recipe, it looks delicious. Yours truly you British Jamaican, American fan!

The ou're layer of nutmeg is mace not anise. Anise is a different spice.
