Most of ppl aren't interested and for ecom stores for example shopify is already applying chatbots fot thier users and in the long run creating chatbots will be an easy thing to do , and the ecom customer support is getting saturated so far and a lot of ppl are getting reported bcus they send a lot of msgs and what i want is a niche that won't be easy to get access to if you get what i mean so i want a other niche suggestion...

Sounds like a volume problem, you should be able to open conversations with ecom owners online, maybe target smaller brands
How clean you database and check the active e-mail ID? Any app to check email and validate whether it's active
If it's a lead, then that email is contacted after, if they don't respond then we assume it's not active
