man i commented in another video and this is the asnwer i was looking for. im currently trying to pivot after 10 years in advertising design and performance ads. im paving the way for me to go solo now, and i wanted to move into ai automation. and the first thought was landing pages testing chat bots and automations!!
Another video of nothing but value, thanks liam. My neiche offering chatbots hasnt made sense to the client until we hop on a call until i explain it. But the automations and custom AI builds have got me more response more than presenting a chatbot.

Great video as always Liam! Just a question, for having zapier automations as a service, do I ask my clients for their apps and softwares log in details to build their zaps on my account or I teach them how they can put that on zapier itself and give me access to their zapier account to conect the apps?
+1 I’m also not sure what is the best approach. You can build on your own account then export and teach them how to set it up, but I don’t think this is scalable. Most advice I’ve seen recommends you ask them for a login and password, but it also feels like a lot of friction and requires trust.

The problem with this, is you can't outreach properly by saying :" hey I can do x,y&z".
You're forced to pick a service by sometimes assuming a need if you're not too familiar with the niche you're trying to get into. Si yeah I get it that chatbots are not evrything but it IS something you discover byspeaking to your clients but AT the start you don't have clients and you need to bé somewhat sure about your service delivery
Agreed, this is why it’s important to build an offer around a result and now a product/specific service.

This week I had my first client. today we made a first call.it's a real estate agency. the owner explained to me that he adds accommodations to his website several times a day. and he says that he needs a chatbot which will be constantly updated and therefore which will be able to give information even on a post which was made a minute ago

We have a dev team, I’m not building anything myself personally, that’s called running an agency
We certainly don’t use Fiverr or Upwork, everything is in house
