Same modem/router connect both of the DVR & Computer using LAN cable. DVR WIFI option will not help to reset the DVR Password

Hikvision wont help customers in the UK reset their DVR passwords. They keep saying I have to speak directly to the installer or supplier. I installed the camera and the camera was purchased off of Amazon. So this is making the DVR a door stop.

@@f5asa I managed to find a contact in Hikvision that actually resolved it in the end. Took some doing to find this contact. Let me know if needed and I will try to dig out the details

NVR backside the Serial number label the code available, Or NVR MENU -> CONFIGUARTION -> NETWORK -> PLATFORM ACCESS
