I cant access the ip address it self ? What should i do in this case ?

Great video....but I run a mac too and have SADP. I sent the XML file to Hikvision for a lost password and got the new XML file. The mac version will not let you click on the file (any file for that matter) as it's greyed out just like your one was when you clicked it. This is certainly a problem hikvision has. I would love to get into my intercom to set it up.
