Kamenov is still one of best planchers in the world, if not the best. I agree with your point. By today's standards, Kamenov should have won. In a Burningate competition, aka the italian school of calisthenics (mostly static elements and heavy focus on form), the performance of Larosa would have been heavily penalized. Still, he was more complete than Kamenov.
I agree that Kamenov should win this. They are really strong in planche, but really bad at front levler. Kamenov have better form in front then larosa, but kamenov and larosa front levler pull ups are with bad form.
Hahaha, I wouldn’t say “really bad”, but yeah viktor’s fl stuff was a lot better than larosa’s and keep in mind he’s doing that after that crazy first round and that supi malt
Don't know much about this stuff, but Komenov should have won that. Form was mint all around, never rushed it. Really showed he mastered each move. Flow was better with Larosa
Gymnastics, almost certainly. Almost like what one sees at the summer olympics from male gymnasts. I remember reading somewhere that male gymnasts learn mostly strength type skills, while female gymnasts learn things that involve more finesse. Strange digression, but it’s what this skill contest reminded me of. Also, does the chalk keep one’s palms from getting sweaty?
Man I'd say lorosa takes it easy . So much more variety than just doing 1 or 2 skills . He did dynamics and those one arm fls and bls even if not perfect with that style adds to it . That l sit walk is not a joke and isn't the first pronated pl the best ever Maan .
Thanks for the suggestion. I don’t think I’ve seen that one and will look into it. I will likely do the next battle between these 2, but I can check that one out after that 💯
Dope video, bro! I really like your analysis and comments about their performances 👌 💯 I guess it's my first time watching a free style calisthenics battle, it was very entertaining! And I totally agree with you, this guy Viktor did everything so clean, flawless form in all the movements! I didn't know him, he's just awesome, gonna check out more of his stuff 👍👍

P.S. And since I mentioned Burnigate, an epic one is Lagana' vs Majeli in 2020. Check that one out!
Cool, thanks for the suggestion, will do! I haven’t seen that one

Yeah, they’re pretty similar. And yeah, it’s supposed to. Unless you have garbage chalk, in which case it makes it a lot worse lol

Do one video about majeli vs ziolous. Best battle imo.

This series is going to be the best, super hyped🔥🔥
Awesome! Happy to hear that, these are really fun to make as well
It's a nice kind of video keep going with that 👍🙃👌💪🏼
Thanks, will do!
KEEP IT UP 👍
Of course boss 💪
Actually, Larosa in his "replica" round didn't mean to do straight arm front lever pullups, he just had momentum on the first one
Looking forward to more of these!
Thanks! 🙏
This vid was hype!
