      @@theboltthrower8661 Lmaooo samee but that isn't right to think about because you have to focus on yourself instead of comparing it to others. Plus Larosa has been training for at least 7-8 years, imagine how much strength he has gained for training almost non stop for all these years. Anyone can reach his strength, it just needs a massive amount of patience and constant training

    Thank you a lot Andrea. I've praticed the most of the exercices of your tutorial. Now I can do a v sit for a few seconds. A form not as close chest to legs as yours. It was one of my dreams to do the v sit, after doing muscle up on rings. for the moment I begin on the floor with legs in straddle, then I lift them and stick them pointing the toes to the sky. after I lower my straight legs. I'll try to pass to straight legs from the floor to v sit and lower them to v sit. In the end I want to do v sit on bars higher or on rings.

Over the course of 2 months, the number of repetitions has not increased even once, that is, not at all.     Andrea, per caso sei seguito da un nutrizionista? In ogni caso pensi che sia meglio farsi seguire da un nutrizionista oppure va bene gestirsi da soli la propria dieta (con myfitnesspall ad esempio)?
