It was one of my dreams to do the v sit, after doing muscle up on rings. for the moment I begin on the floor with legs in straddle, then I lift them and stick them pointing the toes to the sky. after I lower my straight legs. I'll try to pass to straight legs from the floor to v sit and lower them to v sit. In the end I want to do v sit on bars higher or on rings.

Explosive pullup to under chest
If you want to MU, you only need to train Explosive/High Pull-ups and Straigth Bar Dips bro. Then, you practice the technique and that´s all.
