You know, they should release a movie named Mission: Impossible - Behind the Scenes and just show how the hell they filmed all these crazy scenes. That would be helluva entertaining on its own.
I think 8 is the last one. I'm pretty sure they'll release something like that at the end
Hope so they release something like that and I will definitely watch it
Behind The Impossible. There's your title.
@@Double-R-Nothing 😍
Behind the impossible
I love how Tom narrates his stunts. He has this passion for stunts
Olukoju Ayodele I love listening to people who are striving for excellence.
Honestly, one of the most impressive men in hollywood.
I’ve always believed Tom Cruise has had the mindset of “Audiences deserve something that truly blows them away, not cheap CGI bullshit”
Anyway still can't beat Jackie Chan.. Try to see his crazy stunt in 80s to 90s project A, police story
So true !! .. I love it
If he got the role of Spiderman, he would swing around New York for real. You got to love Tom Cruise
Hell yeah!
He was offered Ironman
@@Shadowgrey98 He'd build the suit for real
lol! so true
@@Shadowgrey98 honestly iron man would have been a waste of Cruise. Not a very stunt oriented hero.
The crap this dude did to make this franchise is probably the most underrated thing an actor has done in Hollywood history. I hope he gets his credit for all this at some point.
He constantly does, both from fans and critics. I am not sure you quite understand what underrated means
It's not underrated if he's constantly getting credit for achieving these kinds of stunts.
He produced most of then and his family will never miss anything. How is this not enough ?
crap?!
@@nettraveller81 i think he meant what he had to go through.. or mi:2 :D
He should do a movie with Nolan....
gosh, grab my money plus if christopher bale's on the ticket also
@@andeslam7370 😂😂lmao
@Chestor Hamilton well.... not sure why... but he's great....
@Yeves If its a Nolan movie, then Zimmer is a sure bet😂😂..... and WB would be producing and distributing it as well.....
Nolans action scenes are always very underwhelming
I'm a camera operator myself and I can not begin to explain how impressive this is, the jumping out backwards and keeping a good composition throughout is impressive but the fact he is also pulling focus himself AND nailed it at such a close distance like that is unreal.
Then you should see videos (pro made) regarding parachute jumps. They are much better than this. They will make you take your car for the nearest parachute jump school.
Everyone: this is impossible
Tom: this is necessary...
Tu MVM college ka student haina?
@@44chiragsalian76 nahi bhai
Interstellar ryt?😂
Mission necessary: fallout of a plane.
The irony of an unlimited budget of movies like this is they could not BUY the realism and human passion of a dedicated actor like Tom. Respect.
I don't understand how Cruise's parachute ever let him go down softly with those big brass balls.
Actually it helps pull him down faster
@@ahmadbaro6130 that's not what u want for a parachute, right?
The scrotum acts like a double parachute.
@@bryanbooth3332 lol
Exactly. Rather than landing softly on the ground, the sheer weight of his balls should've negated the parachute and punched a human shaped hole right through the Earth's crust, dragging him - balls first - straight to the core of the planet.
He was born to make movies. He loves his job, it shows, he's an AMAZING actor. I LOVE Tom Cruise!!!
Yes! We hear you and we heart your sentiment. Tom Cruise for the win please!
No other actor is on Tom's level of achievement and drive. None. Best entertainer, period.
Jackie Chan: hold my ladder
Jackie Chan is! You're probably too young to even know about him but yeah, Jackie is the inspiration of Tom, that's pretty clear and it always was.
@@thunderboltproductionsshpk Personally, Cruise is much more talented and a larger presence in movie making; writing, producing, directing and part-owner of his own production studio. I was born in the late 60s.
@@samfisher9070 yeah well, Jackie did all of those things with the biggest Chinese/Hong Kong studio ever: Golden Harvest, his personal studio was Bruce Lee's one, and he did all of that far earlier than mister Cruise could have ever dreamed of. The point is that both are Legends for me, superior class actors and absolute Cinema lovers. That's what matters!
Jackie chan had multi awards from guiness for his stunts alone..
Respect to both, but dont diss out the og..
Jackie was doin it way before cruise.
The guy who had to walk BACKWARDS and fallout, pun intended, of the plane to get that tracking shot deserves a raise.
This is fucking insane, the Oscars should figure out an award for this type of creativity and courage.
Yes! We agree!
This movie and Top Gun Maverick has just proven that Tom is above any actor in the film industry because of the passion, care, dedication and time he puts into his films. We love you Tom!
And there’s someone filming the cameraman
That was a rehearsal but still so cool
A dream withim a dream 🤙
Still necesary, eventually they would need it for correcting matters
and both of them did it backwards. unreal
Drone
Tom is one of very few Film makers who engage in films that makes people to see a movie in the theatre. Watching his film in tv or a mobile device will ruin the experience and he actually understand and care for the audience in his movies, which is really great.
YES Perfectly described
Absolutely . Mission impossible is worth seeing in a cinema to get the full experience . MI fallout was the first MI movie I saw on theatre and was blown away by the awesome filmmaking . Worth every second .
I dont care how anyone feels about this guy... he is the best action star and there isnt a movie of his that I have not enjoyed..he is passionate about his craft and only cares about delivering the best for the fans and that is appreciated 1000 percent in my book
He's also insane, but an eye for an eye right
@@user-rf9ot1fx1x don't even know what that means
Very true
You enjoyed the mummy…
@@schloopschloop686 I did because I am smart enough to enjoy my suspension of disbelief and sit down and watch a movie through-and-through without listening to stupid opinions and biased reviews From other people it was an original idea it was a different idea it was something that Tom Cruise had never done before we're done before something think that fit perfectly for Jake Johnson And I was sincerely entertained I don't listen to other people's opinions of movies II am my own opinion and if someone tells me a movie sucks or a movie is no good I am going to do quite the opposite and watch it myself because no one tells me what or what not to watch and I did happen to enjoy it
You can feel the joy he has when he first sees the footage - that's pure love for cinema. Now, more than ever, we need Tom Cruise. And he is going strong.
Tom Cruise is the last movie star. You have to love the passion this guy has for movies.
Tom Holland actually does a lot of his own stents.
That is what I call professionalism. Well done Tom.
This is one of my favorite scenes in all of cinema, and now it makes that much more sense why. I think you really feel all the work they put into getting that shot
The way they casually throw themselves out of airplanes is incredible.
An actor who is involved in the entire movie including doing his own stunts. Tom is a very gifted & driven individual.
We agree completely!
for me congratulations to tom cruise but also congratulations to the cameraman very well balance
I saw it today it is the best mission impossible movie fall out
I'm gonna watch It now because of this video and the helicopter behind the scenes
“It’s impossible”
Tom: do you know what movie this is
There is a good leadership lesson here: I suspect Cruise drives his crew pretty hard and that he can get pretty intense, but employees are willing to put up with extra stress if they know that their efforts and skills are genuinely appreciated.
The adrenaline in this take can be compared to almost defeating a dark souls 3 boss
I have several skydiving buddies involved with this scene, from camera flyers to the chief instructor on the jump and the guy who doubled for Henry Cavill on the skydive. So proud to see my friends up there!
@Chin Brumback I know he didn't, my mate Rusty doubled for him.
@Chin Brumback Respect to you. I'm a civilian jumper with just over 2500 under my belt. The cheif instructor on the jump(s) is also ex military, British Parachute regiment & Red Devil. He and I were civilian instructors together a few years back.
Kinda disappointed Henry Cavill didn’t learn how to jump for this scene. Then again, that’s a long back flight
@@wrestle4life234 he wanted to jump, but Cruise didn't let him. He said, that it's a job for specially trained jumper with experience.
@@GonzoInside and he also said that if cavill did it because he was unexperienced he could kill them all or something along those lines
Tom Cruise is one of my favourite movie stars of all time. He’s incredible.
When the first Oscar for Best Stunt is awarded, it'll probably have Cruise's name on it.
He'll probably get that award every year
Jackie Chan?
If they have an award for Stunts it will probably be like the Emmy's where it is called Stunt Co-Ordination and is given to the Stunt Co-Ordinator
First one absolutely must go to Jackie Chan, but the second one? Tom. Cruise.
Give my man here an Oscar already! Even though he is way above Oscars, still give this guy that damn shiny golden trophy!
oscar is for acting not for stunts
and i know if there is an award for stunts in movies tom will win all the awards as an actor doing stunts by himself
He has done some great movies apart from the MI series. Tom is an actor who has dabbled in so many genres and nailed his roles!
@@asifgetto he had to act too while doing this stunts what do u think , u just become a dummy while doing stunts .
Oh damn, he didn't get one for Jerry Maguire. Holy shit. How does Tom Cruise not have an Oscar already?
Tom having everything he has and still going the extra mile in everything he does even if it’s a risk on his life, is why his movies are top shelf! Hands down amazing!
Director: it's an impossible scene
Tom Cruise: that's why this series is called Mission Impossible
RESPECT, I was not aware Tom performed this scene for real !!
As a movies fan, it is really appreciated this level of excellence and commitment
Tom Cruise's enthusiasm is something.
Something else even.
God bless you Mr Cruise. We appreciate you.
I love Tom Cruise. Probably the most professional actor out there.
The whole crew: It's impossible
Tom: Well you signed up for the right job then
👏👌👊
Seeing the camera work is actually mind blowing. The absolute precision needed to execute such a thing is mind boggling. The trust needed between the stunt team. Everything about it is insane
I have my issues with Tom Cruise but dear god his stunt work and dedication to art of stunt work is something to behold. No other actor and crew does this.
Seriously, name one other crew that pays a god damn military to take them and teach them how to jump out of a plane at 30,000 feet, while also shooting a scene for a movie knowing if you fuck up it could possibly end up killing everyone involved in the jump.
I love Tom's work. He is on a different level, for sure.
But jumping for real out of a plane for a death defying stunt had been done by Jackie Chan in the eighties. Not as elaborate but still dangerous.
A few stunts and fight choreography in MI has borrowed inspiration from Jackie's work. You can tell if you are a Jackie Chan fan.
But with the plane and helicopter stuff, Tom is the only actor who does it at that level. I really don't think any other actor can or even wants to.
This scene alone deserves an Oscar of its own.
Director: it’s an impossible scene.
Tom: hold my beer.
Tom: Hold my E-meter.
Nobody say that. If they had said, then it wouldn't have be done. Tom Cruise is a multimillion product and hundreds live from it. They need him for the next movie.
@@ioanniszorgianos5299 really? Is that how movies work? Actors don’t just die after doing one scene? 🤔 interesting!
That was far from an impossible scene. Anyone with a few hundred jumps could do what he did in that scene.
@@stevecurtis3653 OK Debbie Downer!
Super inspiring to see the passion, commitment and discipline he puts into all his stunts.
It is really hard to comprehend how hard this guy works.
Amazing. His commitment to these films is unmatched. This is why the stunt industry needs to be acknowledged by the awards.
he could use a stunman, cgi, animation, combination, but no. he does all his own stunts. at least 99% of them. you can hear his passion when talking about creating each sequence and the amount of work that he puts into each movie. personal beliefs aside, this is why he's one of my top five favorite actors, if not top three. nothing else can beat it. can't wait for MI 7 / 8. and top gun 2 looks really great with the previews as well.
would love it if he did jack reacher again. there's rumors they might come back to it and do a darker tone and R rated movie. sure never go back wasn't as good as jack reacher. it had it's moments. so would love him to get a third take.
Tom Cruise always pushing the boundaries. They quite literally did the impossible here. Just wow !
call him a weirdo, but my goodness he has respect for every single person in the industry, that was super cool to see "alex, where is alex" he wasn't letting alex go without showing true appreciation lol
I may disagree with what he does in his personal life. That being said he is one of most commited people to his craft Puting everything out there I have to give him respect for thst
Well...he is an actor and he was in front of a camera.
@@Spydiggity lol fair enough. I think it was legit, though. I think he's just a super passionate dork about the process of making movies.
Just insane. You don’t even realize how much work goes into this stuff… with CG it’s all taken for granted, but if you’re doing it for real it’s a different level
All this effort so l can sit on my couch eat popcorn and watch this man risk his life to entertain us , wow , Thanks
''THOSE STUNTS ARE IMPOSSIBLE, DONT DO IT''
Tom: isn't that why we're here?
What a superb star. What an expert in his craft of acting and passion and entertaining. Tom stands alone; he's simply stellar.
neighbour : i heard some cranking sound
another neighbour : ohh tom must be shaving his steel balls
Stop, ...... please stop. 🤮 🤮🤮.
While up in the air 25k ft high above the ground and he is manuevering to the camera man some kind of angle and position and like discussing the takes, so marvelously amazing!!! bring it on!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Say what you will about Tom Cruise’s personal life, the guy is dedicated to the craft of action filmmaking.
He had a bruised elbow in the last scenes.. Respect!!
Tom can drive a F-1 car, race a bike, pilot a helicopter into a gorge, do HALO jumps, and for Collatoral, he blended in and deliver for UPS in public without anyone noticing and do a flawless Mozambique drill amongst other many abilities.....I'm pretty sure he can be an actual spy in real life.
Deffinitely the most badass actor of all time
I just love how Tom does his own stunts. It's just plain gutsy and it's of course give the movie the realism it needs.
Tom Cruise is insane, beautiful work
Been watching this on my oled at home and i was mindblown. So much skills and love put in to the movie, you could feel it! Thank you to tom and everyone involed
Guys who told Tom cruise it was impossible: it’s impossible
Tom: that is the mission...did you forget
It's so hard to reconcile how psychotic he is yet how amazing he is
Why is he psychotic?

That cameraman is amazing
Can't wait to see how he manage, not if, but how, he manages to pull off the space scenes. The guy is not young anymore, but still he keeps exploring new and better stunts to keep us as movie junkies glued to our seats.
That's why I love Tom Cruise
That camera op is a hero!
Legends know this isn't Mission Impossible its
'Movie Impossible'
Hats Off to Tom Cruise Sir.
What sort of neck muscles does that cameraman have to control that whilst descending?
BRAVO Sir. 💪🎥🏆
I knew TC can do skydiving but I didn't know that the whole scene was real... great. And very interesting to see how it was done. thank you
This man has balls of steel
I always respect this man..he has/had the most perfect face that Hollywood has ever seen..but he is always much more than a beautiful face, a hell of a talented actor, watch his work on "born on 4th of July", Jerry Maguire, Magnolia, and the last samurai..and what can I say about those deadly stunts, he does those to be honest to his work, to make thing real for us so we could be more entertained, he literally risks his life for it..!! A true perfectionist and a passionate actor..respect..🙏🏻🙏🏻
Say what you want bout Tom cruise but his willingness in doing his own stunts is absolutely amazing
All of this effort for our viewing pleasure. In most movies this is the start of the climax, for Tom, this is how he starts the second act and how he probably gets to the set.
Nice voice, very positive and hardworking...respect Tom Cruise and his team!)
Tom Loved being carted over in a van and stepping out like Neil Armstrong, he lives for those movie moments.
Tom cruise.... You are awesome.
The thing is with stunts now, theres that much CGI you assume its green screen. Then years after watching this movie i’m finding out he did this stunt. Crazy.
Tom truly is insane, but in a good way and we love him for it. 💖
Lets appreciate Tom Cruise for really taking care of his health which translates to his young appearance. Bravo Tom...
Fallout is still my favorite MI after all these years and one of my favorite movies in general
For me it is the epitome of modern cinema
what a superstar. lol. An actor doing this kind of stuff. Tom is way more than an actor. Literally putting his balls on the line to make the best movie possible. He's awesome
It was crazy i was in abu dhabi and I saw the plane in the sky from afar and found out later on that it was the same plane that tom cruise was in.
“So ya know...they said the sequence was not gonna happen....so basically he designed the sequence and” lmao 😂
director: tom this is impossible
tom: yeah and movie's name is Mission impossible
He gives his all..puts his life at stake for a 5 min scene.. hats off man!
Everyone: this is impossible to do!
Tom: I like those odds
This man a legend and also the crew
Agreed!💖💖💖
Tom cruise Is the best actor in the world
because of his fearless and commitment and everything he does was amazing we love you tom !
Agreed! 💖🔥
Idc what anyone thinks...Tom Cruise is by far the most badass actor ever...
We totally agree!
Watching MI Fallout you wouldn't think this stunt was real, knowing modern effects. Glad this video exists I share it with everyone.
As much as some people don’t like the dude , he is a complete crazy bastard and pumps out the best sci fi and action films . Just bad ass
His action films are unmatched!
We need a film studio with someone like this helming it. Someone who simply loves movies and is dedicated to making them practically with respect
