I used to check all my mixes in new and used cars at the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Amsterdam where I worked when I was young, just to know they were as good as I thought they were in the room. Even with ordinary sound systems in them, 'in-car' playback invariably would bring imperfect bass balance right to the fore.

Algorithms for the operation of VSTi - samplers . When moving an octave in a Piano-Roll sample or Loop, then all samplers stretch (when transposed down) or compress the sample (when transposed up) . By introducing deformations . If we compare the same sound playing directly from a VSTi - synthesizer turned on in parallel and the rendered sound playing a VSTi - sampler too . Then moving (transposing) up and down the octave. The difference in sound will be striking, compared to the original from the synthesizer .
The only thing that helps in this case is the fresh standalone " Melodyne " program (for example, when working with samples, a cappella, loops from wav sample packages) when it is not possible to play these sounds from the synthesizer. This is the best thing that was invented , including working with samples and loops . The algorithms work in a completely different way compared to VSTi - samplers . The program carefully transposes sounds by moving along the Piano-Roll, introducing a minimum deformations of and at the same time not stretching or compressing samples, in comparison, as VSTi - samplers do, which work clumsily primitive and simple, introduce significant deformations .
Does the stream constantly update while you continue mixing or do you have to get a QR code each time? And is there a library of saved Mixes in the app, or when you reopen the project do you have to rescan the code?
It updates constantly as long as the sender is streaming. It's real time. If you start a new session you can send a new QR code.
I tried this and I receive no audio. The meters are moving but again, no audio. I am on an iPhone 14 Pro.
When using computer browser, there are 0 issues.

This is a bug we found, and have fixed. It will be in the next update shortly.
In a 3 mins song, I've heard the stream to iPhone become glitchy in a few places. Odd as it doesn't seem to happen to browsers on computers.

This is a really stupid plugin, everyone is saving electricity due to climate and high cost and ''well set it in a loop...'' wtf is wrong with a finished mix or demo that is quickly rendered in the favorite file format and sent to a phone?! come on waves this sucks!

I think you're missing the point here. I'm not saying don't do a finished mix, this will help your finished mix, or does with me and my colleagues. To get to a finished mix, I need to hear my mix everywhere but sitting in the studio. My car is 2 minutes walk to get there it's in the front of my house, my tv that also takes bluetooth is a minute's walk away. Why would I need to create a finished file for that? It's way easiier for me to loop the section I want to hear, scan the QR and take a walk. Then come back and adjust.
