I have a broken hand since childhood and this fracture extends up to the elbow. I love sports and practice it from time to time and i love weightlifting but I've never tried weightlifting befor because of my hand, sometimes I feel pain in my hand when doing push-ups, and the doctor refuses to operate an operation for my hand but I will never give up and will one day lift weights💪💪 I just found your channel and i like it very much❤❤ Greetings from Germany
Martha Jacob I’m sorry to hear you have such pain, and discomfort in your hand and arm. I hope it gets better soon! Is it something that the doctor had said will get better on its own in time? And thank you for your kind words about my channel :) I’m glad you like it!
@@DavidCLancaster No, the Doctor told me that there is no hope and if I had that operation I would lose my hand😔 i can do everything with my hand except the carry weights but I will try again and again until it works 😊
Hello David! I'm Tamo, your big fan. 🥰 You are very cute and brilliant Sportsman. 👌👍🙌 It's absolutely visible that you love healthy life and exactly know your goals in your life. I really appreciate that. I'd like to wish you health and good luck! ❤💖❤
How about kettle bells , resistance bands and Trx? Also would love to here about an air bike ? I have been looking at megnetic resistance type indoor bikes ? Cheers David awesomeness
Sam Passingham thanks dude! Air bikes are awesome! I love them, but as I mention, they’re quite expensive for a “single use”. Definitely my go to cardio equipment though. As for kettlebells, bands and TRX, all most definitely have their place but I wouldn’t call them essential above barbells and dumbells. Definitely not far down the list though, that’s for sure!
I got a magnetic 'air' bike and was super excited for a budget friendly option for killer cardio. It wasn't sufficient :( I couldn't go 100% it just wouldn't handle it. I got super lucky and found a classic airdyne on Facebook marketplace. I guess it depends on your level of fitness and how hard your budget holds but I would humbly suggest saving for the real deal. Also kettlebells are a great idea. A fillable sandbag will hit many of the kettlebell points and will help with budget. A sandbag will also transition outside in good weather for burden runs and some outdoor fitness fun. Good luck to you in your build! Blessings
FirstName LastName that’s all super helpful and useful information :) thanks for sharing dude. Sorry your first experience of the magnetic bike wasn’t great though :/
