    Welcome back. I understand completely how phone work will burn a body out. Especially if there are quotas. And I also understand looking at a YT channel as an alternate 'return to work' plan. I've been in the early stages of plotting such a thing myself. If you ever want to talk/plot-out strategy... The crafting sounds like a good place to start from.
    You're machine is unbelievable. Just gorgeous; well done Granny and any other family involved in the investment. Have fun creating with her. The presser feet is a rabbit hole to happily fall down (they usefully de-math allot of the sewing process).
    I've found that using sewing machine oil on screws is a useful way to clean them up for easier operation.

      @MaireColclough  Рік тому +1

      This machine was entirely my Mother-in-Law, as far as I know. To say I'm thankful is an understatement 😃
      I will take the machine oil tip and run with it! I need to do a full cleanup as the case is dusty-dirty and someone was smoking around it, so it needs a good clean & polish (I hear machine oil is also good for the latter). Wish me luck!

    Its been a while. Ironically i was just thinking about you the ither day. I was thinking that I hadn't had a good dose if snark in a while, but lots if attitude from the teenagers. I'm always down for more content. Crafting, sewing, or otherwise. I would love to see some basic how to videos, it might be helpful in picking up a few things. Right now i'm just trying to keep cool. Imagine no AC in the middle of the blistering Arizona summer and that is where i am at. Its too hot to do anything right now. I did however funally bite the bullet and pull apart my shawl i was working on to the point where i had somehow gotten two extra doubles on each end and fix it and even had a little thread left over before i started the next section in the next color. I've mostly been wirking in it in the evenings when the temoeratures drop below 100. Its supposed to be 114 in a couple days. Its days like that that i wish i had a nice cool finished basement to hang out in. Oh well at least we have the pool and a swamp cooler to help keep cool and make it tolerable to sleep at night.
