Awesome video Luis! You’re really showing the T-Top some love! The Koni Orange shocks/struts are my favorite! Dude those were some awesome tips on the install and how to remain safe! That 5 lug swap is going to be awesome especially with the Cobra parts! I see you have a cat that admires your work too! 😄🤟🏾👊🏾

James I still don’t know who that cat belongs to 😂, its actually him and his sister, but they’ve been coming to hang out in the garage ever since they were kittens. Im trying to keep the t-top on the road for now, so that’s why I didn’t start on the 5 lug just yet! Thanks for watching my brother! 🫡

Great video. I’ve never been lucky enough to get stock front springs out that easy. Lol.

That’s actually a lowering spring so its a good 3 inches shorter than the stock V8 spring. I’ve tried for hours to put a V8 spring in and had no luck 😂

Someone told me to buy the MM spring install tool. I did that, and it took a good portion of the "butt pucker" out of the equation. I still stayed away from the trajectory path, should it decide to launch. This is some great info, my man! Great work.

Oh yeah! A spring tool would definitely come in handy and as many time as I have done this it would have paid for itself! I will check that one out. Thanks for your support my friend 😎🤟

Awesome video! Working on coil springs is my absolute least favorite thing to do. Great job dealing with them! Those cobra brakes are going to be a fun upgrade too.

Thank you my friend! I hate doing that type of work too! I’ve considering getting coil overs many times because apparently they also apply less pressure to the ball joints and would make the failure that I experienced less likely 🫡

Definitely brother! This type of work is best left for a professional mechanic, Im not sure when I got the courage to do it myself 😂, but after you do it once there is no going back.

Great job! I use the maximum motorsports installation tool when I did mine. It’s kind of like an extra hand. I bet she drives good now. Nice looking parts you got in the trunk for later!

Awesome video brother!!! I need to all the same to my LX! I haven’t did anything but bolt rims on and drive it other than tie Rod ends 😂

I honestly would have kept driving it like that if the ball joint didn’t pop out 🤦‍♂️… but I think I learned my lesson this time 😲
