  • 2 Ingredient Vegan Oat Bread
    The only things you're going to need is
    1. Oats
    2. Water
    Salt is optional
    Combine Oats and Water at a 1-1 ratio then salt to taste.
    Let the combined Oats and Water sit for 15-20mins.
    Once the time is up, you can use a 'blender' to quickly blend the mixture.
    Pour the mixture into a Med-High pan and cook for 1-2mins on each side OR whatever works best for your cooking situation.
    Remove from pan, let cool, and then enjoy how you choose.

    I did this just yesterday. I don’t keep bread in the house usually because I don’t eat a lot of bread in general, but it’s easy and tasty.

    I will try your bread and lentil flatbread too. I use gluten free flour but I want to try some other kinds, especially the lentil bc it's keto.
    I also make a quick no knead artisan loaf. I don't buy bread anymore.

    I’m going to try it, but I don’t use non stick pans. How do I keep it from sticking without some type of oil. I usually use avocado or olive, but I’m trying to cut oils

      My apologies, I can’t help you with that one, I’m glad mine didn’t stick to the pan 😩

      Just use a healthy oil like olive. I don't use non stick either but it requires oil. Doesn't take much and you need some oil in your diet. It won't release if it's not done on that side so go around the edge with a spatula and make sure it releases before flipping. Good luck. I am going to try lentil too.
