David Lucas was born in Macon, GA. He started acting an early age, performing in numerous stage plays at the Macon Little Theatre. He relocated to Hollywood where he was a contestant on, “MTV Yo Momma”. He has since written for several television shows and continues to perform stand up all over the country (for such comedians as Louis CK, Erik Griffin, Joe Rogan, Brendan Schaub, Tony Hinchcliffe, Bert Kreisher, DL Hughley and many more) He is a regular on Kill Tony. I’m noticing a big trend where guys are doing like whole sets of just crowd work these days and I am totally here for it. Schulz, Stavros, DL, all doing it and making me laugh harder than most written bits. Feels like you’re just talking shit with your boys lol love it
You should check out Paul smith from the uk he does mostly crowd work and it hilarious if you can understand with the scouse accent

Crowed work is cool for small pubs but nothing best a well crafted comedy bit it takes way more skill than just fucking with the audience the whole show but you have to have a balance like if your bit fails you gotta be able to right into crowd work until you can set up your next bit comedy is hard!
