  • @b.walker5955
    @b.walker5955 3 роки тому +5

    Great short and sweet and to the point! And a Fascia Master Class, brilliantly valuable! Thank you! 😘 (oops that's a pucker which is gonna leave lip wrinkles) 😊
    Regarding the motion of treatment: When you use the MC device, I noticed your jawline motion you positioned the head vertical, which kept one tip on top and while one was below (for example one tip was trailing alone, below your jaw line). I thought I had to keep the angle of the head tips side by side/parallel to one another. Does this mean I have spent far too much time focusing on the position of the head than necessary? Your method concentrated the current to the line, the line of the nasal labial fold which is where I want it. I straddle it, keeping the tips level. Egads. Oh sage wise teacher, does watching your professional technique prove my paranoia is unfounded? (paranoia only on this one issue, I have many more you can't address in one comment ha ha ha).

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  3 роки тому

      Not. That moves the muscles all around. That’s milliamps. Not microamps. When you have higher current you miss the benefits of microcurrent. First microcurrent tones muscles (without the twitching and shocking) and after about a month it thickens the skin.

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  3 роки тому +3

      It would not interact with clip. Some modalities are an issue if they heat up skin (RF for example) but microcurrent is such a tiny amount of electricity that it can’t heat up anything.

      Neogenesis is a great value for what it does. I would start with Recovery. Use 4 drops on clean, slightly damp skin each night. Then apply other serums and moisturizer. christinebyeresthetics.com/collections/neogenesis-collection/products/neogenesis-recovery

      For 6 months I've been doing this every day & I hav'nt looked back!😁 take 2 new tea candles (bear with me here as this does work!) than fold brown surgical tape on itself & stick to the back of tea lights (brown surgical tape is stickier than see through surgical tape...dont use any other tape as the glue isn't good for skin) & place each one on corners of u'r mouth (they are the weights) press down for a couple of minutes so they stick as u do the excise..than start lifting them up & down as u make a big strong smile! When they are up just leave them up for 4 seconds & than finish off the excise with leaving them up for as long as possible. Take off gently with a little oil. Obviously anyone walking in on u doing this will think u've completely lost the plot!! (As my son did the other day!) I do this excise for 9 minutes..i set the timer on my tablet. massage the area in a lifting motion when putting on u'r creams. At night I put Aloe Vera on over my night cream (it's a skin tightener & prevents the glue irritating u'r skin for this next step..but it needs to be completely dry..) put see through surgical tape (never the brown one..no need as too stickie) on the lines that bother me the most (cut to size) a thick piece goes on the jowls so as I sleep I'm not making things worse. It takes about a year of doing this to start to see a difference. Stretch out the wrinkle before placing the tape. The 11 between eye brows become scar's so they will take longer to iron out & u will never completely get rid of them unfortunately. One of the oils I use (what a difference in just a couple if weeks..dont forget u'r hands!) Is cod liver oil (Holland & Barrett) I started using it after I read IS COD LIVER OIL GOOD FOR U'R SKIN..DAILY MAIL ARTICLE she had a scan done before she started using it..& after a month of using it morning & evening she went back for another scan & it found sun damage much redused & wrinkles redused. But to cover up the smell I use Frankincense oil with olive oil carrier (both great for u'r skin) I also use coconut oil & caster oil (there's no need for expensive creams) combined with these oils I do 2 other excises & after 6 months my neck is looking soo much better & loose skin under my eyes tightened too!!

    Hi, I used some kind of microcurrent on my face and it made me look horrible! It aged me and made me look older than I did before I used it!! So now I'm afraid, very afraid of microcurrent devices. Would you have an explanation as to why I experienced that outcome?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician
      @ChristineByerEsthetician  3 роки тому

      It could be is wasn’t really microcurrent. Since consumers don’t know or understand some companies will sell devices and call them microcurrent when they are really EMS or even TENS. If you use plenty of conductive gel and don’t use more than 30 mins a few times per week I can’t see that ever harming with microcurrent. True microcurrent is around 500 microamps, or 500 millionths of an amp. You don’t feel it and it doesn’t dry you up like whatever you used. Do you know the name?

    Hi Christine!
    Certainly considering getting this device as well as guasha tools. I believe I've damaged collagen, elasticity w retinol overuse. I have loads of pics that reveal 5-10 yr aging in 4 months' time. Can I send you the pics via email if only for you to look and simply say, "Yes, I see what you're saying..." It's all OTC product. No prescription stuff which is likely the problem. This going from looking 10 yrs younger to 10 yrs older....

      @@ChristineByerEsthetician I could almost cry to hear you say this. Looking for professional opinion on retinol overuse, I decided to get a full body skin cancer check just so I could ask skin cancer docs as that was only way, insurance wise (or so I thought) that I could see a derm regarding cosmetic issue. They discovered basal cell on my right Nasolabial in the process. Both the derm who discovered basal cell & the derm who removed using Mohs were puzzled at my assertions on retinol -Responses were like: "I've never heard of such a thing" & "Retinol is well reputed. You could try glycolic peel..." I'm convinced that their dermatology specialties are so deep that what we little people observe with OTC products is lost in the static & noise of industry studies. So, THANK you in advance!! 💗💗💗🤗🤗🤗
