    This is why I and other widows I’ve met in the past year all feel that our faces aged a lot. I had no idea how much tense I had in my face (I cry daily) until I started following along with these massage techniques. Thank you ❤️

    As a life long jaw clencher I'm going to do these massages regularly. When I started to feel around my head I noticed tender spots which I will be concentrating on. Tension can become normal which really shouldn't be normal. Thanks for this ❤️

    Christine 🧡 this is a gamechanger! Thank you so much for sharing this 🙏 After doing this 3 nights in a row, not only did I sleep better because I was deeply relaxed, but my puffy eyes in the morning were almost gone! The direct correlation between a tense jaw and congested lymphatic outflow is obvious.
    I already knew this type of massage from a special fascia therapy I experienced a few years ago, so this was a reminder for me.
    The therapy is called "Rolfing" and was developed by Ida Rolf in the 70's. She said that after 10 x Rolfing sessions you have a new body. It can be painful, depending on how stiff your fascia is, but it is very relaxing and has a great impact on your emotions. At least that has been my experience. Our muscles store information like stress and trauma that can be released by a deep massage like this.
    The jaw is such an important fulcrum in the body, fascinating if you look closely. I tend to unconsciously tense my jaw and lift the corners of my mouth when I am tense. Stretching through massage really works wonders for me.
    Much love from Germany 👋

    Thanks very much for this. My jowls are starting to sag, plus I've now got 'smoker' lines above my lips and a fairly deep, single frown line between my eyes...Not having funds to get anything done in a clinic or even buy devices, I'm grateful for anything I can do manually. Best wishes 💗

    • @aeducator1
      @aeducator1 2 роки тому +1

      Hi K, the best things to do for the premature jowls are moderate exercise -- walking, dancing, things like that. The science is pretty clear that sagging in the lower face is largely due to bloated fat cells. The smoker lines are more difficult to address but we would recommend any type of good, inexpensive face oil, once a week.

    • @aeducator1
      @aeducator1 2 роки тому

      @@audreykessler4086 Hi Audrey, thank you for your response. There are exceptions to every rule. But the science is pretty clear cut. Fat cell size is the single most important factor in determining whether the skin sags. Have you tried facial exercises?

Anyway, I tried two of your massage techniques (for releasing the jaw muscles and for nasolabial folds) for ten minutes ONCE. Later that day I caught my reflection and was like wtf my top lip looks *bigger* now than when it was filled two weeks ago. I feel like this lifted my whole face and was like a natural lip lift. I have no words

    I’m shocked at this video because I actually need to get Botox in my Masseter muscle/corner of the back jaw because I have tmj and clench . However- my doctor always warns me that it could give people jowls because that muscle help hold it up as well as your neck. Some people need to get a little jaw filler to lift it back up but fortunately I’m not one of them, yet! I did dislocated my jaw in an accident years ago and the exercises you are showing did release the muscle from a lot of spasm . So they are great for tension just though - I guess I’m just confused how relaxed they should be?

    • @ChristineByerEsthetician

    So I decided to put it to the test. I did it. I continue to use tape every night. I love my results. It shows in pictures and it's not make-up either. I empower myself to believe in myself. It's worked. Mind over matter. ❤ P.S. where are you located?

    Hello, please answer me, I am in a huge dilema right now because I think I made a corellation between my between eyes wrinkle and jaw tension.
    Is it possible to have tension because of the growing of the wisdom tooth?
    All four of them started growing when I was 22, now at 27 one of them fully grow and 3 of them maybe they are 70,60 percent grown.
    Did you have a client maybe with the same problem? Wrinkles caused by wisdom tooth growing? My dentist told me to get them out because I don t have space, but I can t afford the surgery and I am so scared as well… i just wanted to keep them…
    But right now I am thinking about getting them removed because I can fell they put tension on my jaw

    If someone has facial threads would this break the threads? Or compromise them in anyway?

      I do have videos on removing lymph around the eyes. If it’s fat, that’s another issue though. Usually requires surgery if it’s fat prolapse.

      @@ChristineByerEsthetician How do we know if it's fat or another issue around the eyes.? I've had puffy eye bags for as long as I can remember. I'm now 85 yrs of age.

    I'm 60 and clenched my teeth habitually until about 50. There is a historic picture of a man who ALMOST chewed thru the bars of his prison cell--at one time they were made of wood in places. My jaws resemble his, sadly...I have super-oily skin, therefore I look younger by ten or 15 years, but unfortunately with my saggy jowls at the edges of my chin it makes my face look terrible:/ No face-lift for me, though. I'm not exactly out to impress anyone, so whatever.

      Also try oralift. I blew out my tmj 30 yo. Had TMJ surgery. My teeth have been destroyed from grinding. I just completed the first session with oralift. I no longer grind! I'm starting to see slight facial results. I can't wait for first year results.
