Nice video - Robb Street is known for its disastrous Fire. In 1864 the street was destroyed by a fire - rebuild by John Robb (The street got its name from him) under the Guidance of Former Mayor Edward John Barr. Another huge fire in 2001 - 2017 etc.
Hi Beautiful Family....Wow...what a street....I recognized the end of the street ....near the Bourda Cricket Grounds..those beautiful homes still standing...but between Camp and to that Century Hotel/Hardware there has been a lot of changes...but I still see a few houses from the old days...but what a transformation....I like Robb Street these days....everything is there...thank you for the lovely video ...oh this is what I remember from Robb St....Freedom House...Gonsalves Grocery Stores...The Rendevous...a night club restaurant....Kissoon Furniture where the Republic Bank is...Tang's Bakery...Metropole Cinema...all gone these days....have a nice weekend..
i love your videos , a year and a half we went to guyana to get my fiance visa in the us embassy and i love guyana in the minute 7:17 on the right side on the screen is the hotel where we rent for 24 days is the building on the side of the construction of a new one any way thanks for yours videos ,awesome .
