I think when it comes to pipeline alot of the youtubers buy footage off of pro filmers, because I've seen a lot of the same camera angles on different channels. just speculation tho
@@dee_petrik you are right and wrong at the same time. Most cameramen lineup angles are super cagey about their shots. But athletes like Jaime O , JJF etc will PERIODICALLY purchase shots. 99% of the time an athletes own filmer will get 100% of the shots.

First time watching you guys at pipe the past 2 mornings… that board with the blue on the back looked really good, you guys were ripping. So I was there at sunrise. Is there normally a morning sickness to pipe? I felt like at 8-9 area it started to turn on, much respect to you guys out there, those sets that come thru are no joke

Hi Koa. Great vid. Question. With all your Pipe prowess, and the amount of time you've been locked into perfect Pipeline barrels, as a guestimate, could you put a rough number on the seconds/minutes/hours that you've spent in the Pipe barrel? You'd have to be up there as the most barrelled surfer ever at Pipe. And in my humble opinion, growing up watching footage of Derek Ho, Tom Carroll, Lopez, etc, i rate you right up there at the top of the tree with those guys. Seems you're always right under the ledge on those deep throaty thick first reef double ups. Cheers!

One sick pit at pipe is worth the frustration mate. You set hi standards that’s probably why you get frustrated. Trust me you have had some of the greatest barrels that I have ever seen and to be in the top pecking order at a place like pipe you have worked harder then most to get it. Keep ripping legend 👊🏽
