Not that it wouldn't be a cool character trait to explore an avatar overcoming the lack of limbs, but it doesn't seem like this was intentional. There's also clear distain for Zuko from Ozai because he isn't a prodigy like Azula in terms of firebending, and in the comics it's shown that Zuko was thought to have been born a non bender and was taught to fight with swords. Zuko being a weak or non bender as the first born son of Ozai, even if Iroh or LuTen had become firelord would have been a problem in continuing this cycle to create a stronger bloodline of benders in the royal family of the fire nation. If it is true and the fire nation royal family actively seeks out more powerful benders, avatars and descendants of avatars in order to strengthen their bending through their bloodlines, it's not farfetched to think there would be an avatar born to the royal fire nation family at some point in the cycle. Especially if there are so many avatars to begin with.
I would love to see a show about her. It’s a very interesting concept. You could show the struggles of figuring out how her style of bending would be and the differences between the elements for her. I think that the water bending as arms from The Legend of Korra was very interesting and I’d love to see an Avatar like that. She’d have to learn and discover so many new things and ways to bend just like how Toph was able to because she’s blind. We need a show about her
