Sony A7S3 is super good, FX 3 if you have a bigger budget, or any of the blackmagic cinemas if you’re on a super tight budget. All of mine are shot on BMC6K Pro, @andbeyond.studios

Depends on budget but Sony FX3 is kind of the best camera you can get right now without going full cine, not only for music videos but for 99% of small/medium productions.
If you're on a medium budget you consider Panasonic S5/S5II/S5 IIx or Sony FX30.
