Hey coach
I've got athletics meet in 3 days.
Unfortunately I've got injured in my left shoulder and it's completely swollen
I am right handed glider
Id say I was one of the favourites if the injury never occurred
What should I do know? Any advice?
This will probably be the last athletics meet of my life since I am graduating college in 4 months
PS. I've also got selection for javelin and discus finals too
