It’s massive and often overlooked. We had a kid just this season fist year thrower go from about 80 feet to 110 after he figured out how to really hold it correctly and release it. So 20 feet easy.

I love this video, my coach legit keeps telling me not to pull my shoulder cause it kills the throw and that is the first thing you mention 😅

Delivery hip moves around and past the block hips delivery hip is ahead of the delivery shoulder to create big sling
