Hi, John! I liked you talked about sugar in fruits juices. That's true, a lot o people are concerned about the sugar but they don't see all those WHITE-stuff like white rice, white sugar, white flour... :0 omg! We live at the "white-age"....but they don't want sugar from whole fruits.. Irony. Hahhaha thanks for your videos!
