This is just a terrific video! Just bought my first Champion juicer and I was wondering how to use it, and did I pick the right one. Apparently I did, especially because it's heading to Guatemala with me! And it's good to know that the Omega 8004 Nutrition Center is also a very good one. THANK YOU!

Both are awesome, BUT John forgot to point out that on his demo The Champion juiced the 2 Lbs of carrots in 1 min 30 sec, while the Omega juiced the same 2 Lbs in 3 min 10 sec (I noted the start/finish times on each since the video was not edited). So if you are doing a ton of juicing you will more than DOUBLE the time, but you will get better yield.

Let's see: the Champion had a higher yield and tasted better. Maybe the Champion is the way to go'

Hi, I'm curious about the Omega factory that you visited - could you share the conditions that you observed and any info you might have on wages? I had been planning on buying the Champion purely because it's made in the US, but if I could find out that any of the other brands are ethically made, that could allow some other possibilities. So far, it has been pretty hard to find ANY information on the production of anything other than the Champion, which I usually take as a sign that a company is not too proud of what's going on behind the scenes.

Do you suppose Omega has tried adding teeth to their auger like the Champion has? If they could make it take smaller bites perhaps it would produce a higher yield. Of course then it would process slower. Just a suggestion.

Just how many different juicers must one purchase to be able to juice all the various vegetables? I can accept that one type might do a better job at juicing leafy greens than another type, however, most people don't make a juice just out of leafy greens. See my point?

+Robert Chance Some juicers juice all produce types better than others. I recommend one of the juicers in this video:

Be careful on the volume. How much of the volume of the Champion Juicer is air?

i hate my champion. it barely juices leafy greens and frequently clogs so you have take it apart, rinse and reassemble to continue juicing.i hate it

Hi John, I stumbled upon your channel doing research on healthy eating. I have been inspired by your knowledge and enthusiasm for healthy eating. I have just recently purchased an Omega Vert 330 and would like some direction on how much too "eat". I am new to juicing and would like to know how many lbs(I am in Canada) of juice you would recommend one consume per day as complete meals. Or does one just juice to eat as required? Hope that makes sense.
