    Thank you thank you thank you! I woke up and could barely walk because my calves were so sore from a cal workout I did 2 days ago.i did this and now they feel fine. And it only took 10 minutes to fix, magical. 😍👍😊

    This video is exactly what I was looking for! I've had toe cramps, foot pain, and even knee pain and this helps a lot! You have perfect stretches to help things feel better! I've watched a lot of yoga/stretching videos and this is definitely the one I come back to the most! It's my favorite! Thank you!

    I love this video! I have plantar fasciitis and capsulitis in both my feet and I haven’t been able to workout from the pain but doing this workout as long as I add it to my new low impact workouts I am not in pain and I have now lost 10 lbs. more to go but I am going to keep doing this everyday to keep my calves happy. Thank you for this video! I have tried 14 other videos and some much longer without success.

    Ive been so many times here since I started yoga 2 years ago. At first I way barely able to do a downward facing dog but today I can finally follow the video. My next milestone will be doing it without getting out of breath lol

    Many many thanks for this Joelle! After years of knee pain and two ankle sprains I've only just realised that my calves and/or Achilles are abnormally tight. I can't even approach a squat! This is my 3rd day doing your routine and although I don't find it fun to work with the unbelievable stiffness of my lower legs I'm sticking with it for the rest of this year to see if I can finally cure my knee pain. Thanks again for making this brilliant video!

    Thanks so much! I have cfs and often get REALLY tight and sore for several days after working a particular set of muscles and this time I did a long walk a few days ago and could barely walk from the calf pain and stiffness, this has moved me on to an only just there ache so now I can participate with my family today! 💕💕💕

    An oldie, but a goodie! Crazy to see how far you've come since this video! Since going remote work full-time a couple years now, my body has really tightened up. My legs have really been bothering me lately, so this was a nice one and was helpful. I'll be thumbing through the archives for more leg related videos. Thanks, as always!
