I use that bf109 e3-4 al the way to br 5.3 lol, I love the emils, e3 e4 very underrated slept on, skill matters is very nice reward for clapping late war props
There's also the 109 E-7, but only available as a rare event vehicle or as a premium in the japan tree. Functionally identical to the E-4 as its only major upgrade (ability to carry droptanks) isn't present.

You got rewards like the M24TL (TL meaning Thunder League, main difference was it was a M24 with APCR), the P-51A TL, Soviet Panther "T-V" and the RBT-5. I believe you can get the German 109 E-7 on the market, since it was added to boxes at some point, if anybody is currently selling one
I'd say the hardest part of this challenge is dodging the smoothbrains that kamikaze their aircraft into you. At that BR I'd reckon more than 80% or more that go head to head will intentionally try to ram being that's probably the only kill they'll get during the entire match.
Do Mustangs or Corsairs sometime. Of course you might get the kills but the match loss rate will be high. I fly US mostly so I automatically know it’s a loss most of the time so I make my own attack missions during the match to destroy targets and get back to base alive and I consider it a win for my mission.

Weird, I'd feel damn confident dogfighting P-63 in Bf 109 E4, while very nervous when fighting P-36s. You have succesfully taken out multiple of the latter and died quickly to the former :P And yeah I know you had some wing damage, but still.
A pro tip don't use the auto radiators on the 109s the radiator closes automatically on wep for some reason on auto really annoying that's why they al overheat so much
What about the A, E-7 and G-2 versions? You can play the Japanese E-7 and Italian G-2 in lieu of the German ones. The E-7 is the best of all the E variants
@@Tom-jw7ii No the E-7 turns a little bit better and is equipped with the MG FF(M) cannons which get mine shells. They do much more damage than the FFs on the E-3 and E-4. The Japanese E-7 is a premium but is much cheaper than the E-7 for the German tree which is locked behind the marketplace. The German G-2 was an event premium from way back and is unobtainable. The Italian/Romanian G-2 is identical to it

I wonder why the E-7 would turn better, if anything you’d expect it to be slightly heavier, since the main difference between the real E-4 and E-7 was that the E-7 could use drop tanks.
@@Tom-jw7ii My mistake about the E-4's cannons. The agility difference I saw is purely from experience. I've found I've been able to turn tighter in the horizontal noticeably longer than the E-3 and 4. It's still a separate version of the 109 and if his video is going to be titled EVERY German Bf 109 it ought to be included along with the A and G-2
109's are great planes, but the only things I don't like are how much the performance seems to differ between models, w/ some being boomer-zoomers and others being turn-fighters, and also a skill issue on my part but german guns feel impossible to aim since the bullets are MUCH slower. anyways, i love the severe damage mechanic, it saves a lot of ammo and time you'd otherwise spend making sure they're fully ded.
quick question, why are you so quick to call crits and severe damage kills? numerous times ive limped a ki-84 or a6m5 back to my airfield, repair and keep fighting. those are the least durable planes too. make sure to get those kills before calling them!

I have always loved the 109 series. It's looks and it's dynamics usually feel very good.
i personally disliked them ,because i rely on flap usage a lot in dogfights and bf 109s cannot

The guns on the f2 are way better than the f1 imo. I wish it wasn’t a higher br than the f1 but it’s still very good
