  • Learning How To Program takes Time. When you first start learning to code, it's easy to lose your motivation.
Learning to code can be one of the hardest things you attempt in your life. If you don't have a computer science degree or not in college and learning to code by yourself without direction, it can get very frustrating.
    Full Stack Web Developer Video:
    • What Is a Full Stack D...
    Programmer Motivation:
    • Programmer Motivation ...
I'm a self taught coder. I learned the hard way. Reading all the books I could get my hands on, watching all the tutorials I could, reviewing code every single day.
It was hard. I felt lost. But I didn't give up. Today I'm a Full Stack Freelance Web Developer. I code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, NodeJS, Gulp, PHP, MySQL & Linux.
In this video I share with you why you shouldn't give up on your dream to learning how to code.
You Can be a programmer if you put in the effort. It doesn't matter what age you begin.
If you want to achieve your dream of being a web developer, then just get it done.

Hey. I'm 32. I have Aspergers and ADHD. I never get a steady job. And always suck at logical problems - always thinking they take me too much time to solve and always find my solution as a mess of workarounds. I get easily frustrated, especially if I feel that my work goes nowhere. I wonder if I can go and learn programming/coding. I have a bad time establishing new habits - especially if something appears boring, hard or tedious.

Hi Sport, First, thanks for watching the video. Learning the syntax of any language is always the first step. Now you need to figure out what to do with that knowledge you have. That's where creativity comes in and learning how to think like a programmer. Those two things take time. This is what you should do, Identify what you want to create, is it a game with JavaScript? That's possible. Is it extremely dynamic and creative user experiences on websites? Then research user experience pain points and how to resolve them. Or are you looking to make subtle improvements to a users experience that aren't over the top but appreciated? Hopefully this gets you started in the right direction. Thanks for watching.
