That's a super million dime a dozen old Minneapolis/St. Paul home layout. Why would your safety plan be to exit your bedroom upstairs, go down the one long set of stairs ending directly in front of the front door to safely leave the home incase of a burglary? Not only that, why would your safety plan involve exiting the front door or trying exiting the one other door, the back door (probably downstairs back near the kitchen facing the backyard. A plan to run to the unattached garage in the backyard. That's your safety plan? So, "Here's the plan, Heidi, you go first down the long set of stairs and make it to 1 of 2 exits first...then I'll follow behind you with a shot gun."
How did the "intruder" open that screen door, then stand there and wait perfectly patiently that long? Long enough for Nick to go to his closet, load his shot gun, wake his wife up, get her to call 911 first, then have her walk down the long set of stairs first... then, just then after that long pause the intruder provided, the intruder breaks through the door. The door that didn't show any evidence of forced entry? Nick is dumb as rocks and a psychopathic killer.
Actually, we don't. The police never tested his hands for shotgun residue. The case was handled awfully. I think this case should be re-opened for further investigation.

Why on earth would you send your spouse down the stairs in front of you when you are armed and she is not. You put her behind you and you proceed down the stairs to the front door. I don’t believe this story at all.
The woman that married him after, at the very least, is an embarrassment to all women. As for Nicks friends, they werent even sharing a brain cell beteeen them.
The culture of people in Minnesota makes me think that a lot of people can't "see" through deceptions. These people have strong group ties which is admirable but when there is death, a killing, don't people want to find the truth or dig deeper into the case? Since families support/believe in each other i guess it's okay and acceptable to them but as an outsider I'd like to get to the truth for the victim Heidi as she didn’t need to die the way she did.
He is just another psycho husband with no feelings or emotions. Poor Heidi ,she he with God now. And he is where he belong forever. Really good police investigators and prosecutors. Another excellent episode from 48h .
My question is this... the neighbor heard him say you shot me and my wife, but did he hear the shotgun just seconds before that? That is important because shotguns are quite loud. And shotgun residue.
“A good man with no history of violence” lol… okay that means nothing at this point, he just didn’t get caught in that time. Some people may think they’re good actors/actresses until their lies catch up with them. 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Not possible for an intruder to leave that house without being seen bc the neighbor was watching and listening with his head poking out from the window ! And this isn’t the only time a “ man of God “ kills his wife ! It’s more common than people realize.

Nicks bald headed friends looks like one of those people who would drive me to wishing the lord of the end would come embrace me.
LMFAOOOOO💀💀🤣🤣🤣
And you "sound like one of those people" who I constantly make fun of
Some replies make you sound like the looney bin is missing a patient.
That is hilarious because you sound like someone everyone makes fun of. “NoNE ArE sO bLinD As THoSe tHaT wiLl NoT sEe” it isn’t even quoted correctly. You’re an absolute hoot, the joke, the thing to laugh at and make fun of. 😂 The there’s the reply “where was RFK Jr when this happened? I would suspect THAT nutcase!!” It’s not only disrespectful to the case but so random. The replies clearly demonstrate that are bewildered by the silly comment. I’m using silly because other words aren’t liked by UA-cam.
Just because relatives can't get there doesn't mean it didn't happen!
His second wife is a good soul so I’m sure his first wife was too. So happy the second wife saw what was happening n saved herself n her kids. Very scary.
I’m at the beginning of this video and I’ll say it now, it was the husband!
Did the neighbor next door hear two shots?
The facts, evidence and proof were known from the beginning, after all nothing new, why was he allowed to walk around freely for another 11 years?
lol I’m just skipping over the parts where they support him, and I don’t even care😂👎🏼
What about the sketch of the man he said that killed his wife. When the crime is held he was in prison
His attorneys don't even believe their own spiel.
Another excellent episode from 48h .
there is no 3rd person around.
My question is this... the neighbor heard him say you shot me and my wife, but did he hear the shotgun just seconds before that? That is important because shotguns are quite loud. And shotgun residue.
he looks so weird him "neighbor".😂
Just cause he hasnt done it b4 dont mean he aint capable of doing it
👍
I live in that neighborhood. St Paul....
“A good man with no history of violence” lol… okay that means nothing at this point, he just didn’t get caught in that time. Some people may think they’re good actors/actresses until their lies catch up with them. 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Mfer got 11 years of freedom.
Apparently an Eskimo tried to break in...
with an African black looks!
Live in Mn so sorry for your loss
Even though he claims his innocence, he cannot lie to God.
👍
That was not a kicked in door. I have 4 boys with anger problems and I have seen many kicked in.
Only flimsy doors can be kicked in. U$ doors.😂
@ This was in Iran. And a door can be kicked in. That’s why they tell you to put in 3 inch screws.
Its defence sound and look so ridiculous!!!!!
The second wife married this guy? Jeeesus, you don't need a police investigation to figure out what really happen.
Sooo, why no comment in this video about gunshot residue on his hands??
Anytime I hear a defense attorney say, “people react to trauma differently”, their client is 1 million percent guilty
Not possible for an intruder to leave that house without being seen bc the neighbor was watching and listening with his head poking out from the window !
And this isn’t the only time a “ man of God “ kills his wife ! It’s more common than people realize.
How can any woman fall in love with him? It’s written on his genetically wrong face that something is off about him
Mormons marry for status not love
"genetically wrong face" is a really stupid statement. Your words show who you are...
