I married a white man and it didn't work out , but I moved in with him, he helped me in my career, he helped me improved my credit , and I didn't pay one bill the entire time . And most serious relationships I was in I left better off than I came in . Usually cause I prioritize actions over words . I still mostly date outside of my race . .... And I'm dark skinned , slim/ thick body 30+ years old . No children . And pretty happy about it.... all supposedly super unrealistic stuff
The credit and bill part though.❤ I've been married to my husband who is white, for 6 years. I have never paid a bill, not one. He won't hear of it. He feels it's his role to do that, and I say amen! Before we got married, he told me that I needed good credit to be on his team. He then took out his wallet and wrote a check for the balance on every credit card I had. Then he bought me a brand new car for a wedding present which also greatly improved my credit score. I'm all set now. I hope your experience. My point is, there are men out there that take their man role seriously and will help elevate you in life.❤
@@lifespanwellnessbeauty-60i64 why do people say "a man is not a plan" and then live this type of life where a man is the main reason you leveled up. I respect it don't get me wrong but why some girls always wanna preach that. Seems like a comfortable way to level up so why do they discourage it
People want dark-skinned women to be down and out, and it's sick. I'm proud to be a dark-skinned black woman, and I'm living great with no children and happily divorced. It's so peaceful, and I love it🥰🥰. I DON'T WANT THE STRUGGLE 🫡💯✌🏾
Black women looked at me crazy when I told them I ended a 10-year marriage because I found out he had been cheating for years, three months before our 10-year wedding anniversary. I found out Dec 30, 2022 and my divorce was finalized April 2023. I've been living in peace ever since. I guess I was supposed to stay in the marriage as a dark-skinned black woman. I don't care about time, I care about loyalty and respect💯 Period
Yes, you were supposed to stay and suffer for the sake of being "chosen." These males will get married, even cry at their wedding, knowing that they never plan on leaving the streets. Good for you for choosing yourself.
I’ll never forget a certain UA-camr criticizing others and talking about how “problematic” BW in luxury is but then months later she was in a video crying happy tears about finally getting a luxury apartment. You can’t make this shit up. These people are full of it. Enjoy your ONE life BW!!!
I've been watching you for years and I took what you've said to heart. I went and gor my degree and was top of my class graduating with a 3.7 GPA. Gave the commencement speech and working on losing weight. I dont feel comfortable dating but I took what you've said and better myself. I'm now a educated professional. I dont move in the same circles anymore and so it can be done. I'm living witness.
Go on and preach, my sister! I married my white husband 6 years ago. I wasn't looking for a white man, but I was praying for a husband. And this is who the Lord sent. I was too old ( at the time, 58 years old,) and didn't want to be playing around dating, "living with," men etc. My husband told me almost immediately that we both knew we were going to get married. We wanted the same thing. A stable relationship where we could grow old together. He was a serious man that wanted a future with me. We met on New Years Eve 2017, and got married December 8, 2018. This is my experience as an unambiguous black woman.❤
It’s much more than being sexually undisciplined though, leaving DnA anywhere and in anyone without regard speaks to a h8tred of self that runs deep within.
It is not a trend. It's a norm. And luxury isn't minimized to splurging money on stuff only. It can be as simple as living a stress free life wich is literal gold.
The things that we consider “unrealistic” are so embarrassing. I was at the hair dresser one time and one of the stylists was bragging on her man. She was like “yall he only goes to the strip club twice a month, it’s crazy he’s such a good man!” You would have thought the stylist said her man bought her a Benz on the first date or paid her tuition for her masters degree cuz everyone in the salon was like “omg girl you got a good one omg omg!” 🤣 I was like “my man never goes to the strip club.” The salon went quiet till one of them broke the silence to tell me my man is definitely lying to me because ALL men go to the strip club and regularly. Like they truly couldn’t fathom that some men don’t. I am pro-woman yall so do not come for me. I have no problem with sex workers or clubs or whatever. But the fact that they’re using a man who goes to the strip twice a month as some kind of golden unicorn is frankly embarrassing. She said nothing about how he improved her life emotionally, financially, or in any other way. Nothing about how beautiful he makes her feel or loyal and ambitious he is. Just “he only goes to the strip club twice a month” what a commentary on how awful the men in the community are. Bragging on bare minimum men is so sad. And when you exist in an echo chamber the women around you clap for that instead of women like me who side eye that nonsense and tell you that thats nothing to be impressed by
Wow… Talk about embarrassing. I honestly wouldn’t have said anything because women get super insecure when you have a real respectable partner. It basically makes them realize they have no respect for themselves and chose to settle for less. Smh…
@@taylorsara1237not only pathetic but also degrading she’s degrading herself by staying with him and the fact she sees him as a good man for only twice a month. Their standards are so low that’s why they only get the attention of dusties.
It's sad to see how many Black American women and women of the diaspora are so attached to the antiquated, unhealthy "struggle" narrative!! Apart of our healthy growth and development is to let go of these antiquated, unhealthy narratives that don't support our optimal mental, physical, spiritual, and financial well-being. There's liberation in creating our own stories that aren't centered in others.
One thing I like about Chrissie is that she really pushes black ladies to look beyond the plantation existence of black women and see that the world is ours for the taking if, and only if, black women are willing to look beyond our current reality. There are 4.1 Billion men on earth and with 2025 approaching I see that the world is open to us and the world is ours for the taking and that unlike our black female ancestors WE HAVE A PLETHORA OF OPTIONS FOR A BETTER EXISTENCE.
It is realistic. My ladies did it. However if it’s extreme it’s not real like marrying a billionaire when you are a high school dropout who is obese.. you have to level up to get to the next level. Anyone who says leveling up levels without doing the work is lying but if you do the work you can get whatever you want if you work smart. She is right that black women centering themselves like Arab women do triggers everyone
I was out to brunch Saturday. There was a dark skinned plus size black woman with a white man. They had a little beautiful baby. Our table was so happy for her.
I was trying to break into the Health informatics which is very hard to do so as a bw, because ppl like to gate keep. I did listen to the job interview advice that Chrissie gave, by looking more presentable even though it was a remote interview. I wore a nice professional jackets, did my makeup and crushed the interview. By the grace of God i got the job and was offered more than what they offered on the website. Honestly i took the advice and leveled up financially on my own. Just by simple changing certain things around.
Eventhough I'm struggling financially and still living with my parents, I watch your videos for inspiration and motivation to be affluent and elegant myself.
@@mukaniwatkins2598 Take advantage of living with your parents it can help you financially. Take your time and be careful of excessive spending and putting your name in unnecessary bills, loans, and credit cards. Think of job you wouldn’t mind doing as a career and apply to companies that invest in their employees.
In many cultures, affluent girls and women tend to stay with their families till they get married. It's a form of protection and sign of how precious she is that her family want her close by all the time. American standards will have you thinking it's a bad thing or a sign of failure to be home in a loving family. My advice? work on your finances, love up on your parents and help them whenever you can (they won't be here forever) save your money and date wisely. If a man knows you are protected, he will be on his best behavior (speaking from experience as a woman living with mom and dad and paying the bills so they can rest). You got this!
I’ve just come across your content today and have subscribed. My life today is unrecognisable. 20yrs ago I was a blk single mama with a blk son. Since then: I got a degree, bought properties (before I met my now husband), am (interracially/scandinavian) married. My husband earned six figures and is 6ft! I have had two more children, my daughters speak 6 languages, my son from my first relationship lives in his own place and earns £70,000 a year. We go on four international holidays a year, plus holidays to Europe, and I haven’t worked for 13 yrs. I have a personal trainer, I watch polo, my children ski. I am my husband’s little girl, both him and my kids tell me to rest, stay in bed. I’m an American size 2. I get asked out by men who are younger than my son. I’ve now met a mixed race women (I’m blk) who is running a very exclusive club for blk women. You need to stop caring what people think and live your life. Lastly, I did post this once before and like you was told ‘it’s not true, your unrealistic!’, so I never posted again about what bw can accomplish.
You’re so right, don’t let anyone baby trap you. I had my son at 22yrs and his dad disappeared from his life when he was 2yrs and never paid child support. I’m assuming your in the USA, so when I read about bw being the most educated, Goldman sacs investing 2 billion in bw businesses and now your the only group that voted against trump 93%. Young blk girls need to be reminded how amazing they are! What worked for me was getting an education, buying property and opening up my options (vet the guy and never, ever marry down) Take care .
Hi, I was in a blk club in the uk. At the time he was working in Germany and the company took their staff for a weekend break in the uk. His workmates a Nigerian guy and English born caribbean guy took him to the club. I think I was lucky. I love the advice Chrissie’s giving, she’s saying things that took me 20 yrs to learn! But you’ve got to vet, vet, vet.
The same girl who told me to not to date outside of our race is now 41 and not married . Been with my European man for 15 years married for almost 9 years and he’s fully providing. I’m loved supported protected and taking care of with lots of respect,we have 3 children who growing up in a healthy environment.
I have a habit people find weird. I love looking up billionaires, millionaires, their career fields and what fields are in proximity to them. Call it far fetched but it's something I challenge myself with and I aspire to be in the same rooms as they are eventually. I don't see anything wrong with wanting an amazing life just like all the other girls. I want to be affluent and elegant. It's why I follow your content.
Limited thinking and Tyler Perry is to blame for why there is so much hate from women on the other side. I grew up in the HOODT and never subscribed to that foolishness.
I’m not TP but he’s only a microcosm of a bigger problem in the Black community. If we don’t believe that mess as a culture, TP would go out of business. Yet here we are and he’s a billionaire. Says more about us as a whole then TP films 🤷🏾♀️
I don’t take advice from people whose lives I don’t care to switch places with and it’s usually an unfavourable type of individual telling you what you can’t do.
Exactly!! They are where they are due to their own limited vision! NEVER take advice from people who don't want what you want, no matter how much you like them. They can't get you where you want to go.
It’s not unrealistic to want a better life especially as a black woman (who has been conditioned for less). So glad black women are waking up and continued to do so (wanting the very best as a woman have been practiced in many groups. It’s black women were just late to the party). Better late than never. #LevelUp
I worked my corporate job in an office full of white men and walked out with a husband. It is super realistic. Men are attracted to smart, beautiful women period.
Why I keep my hobbies and things I enjoy to myself, I don't even share with my family. I can already hear the questions, " So what made you want to do this?' and the series of questions that come after.
People can't believe i am happy and single at 48. Especially after 2 marriages. I realized that since 2016, marriage has not been for me. And I'm selfish, and my pride comes first. And I realize that I'm who I am and that I am happier. My BP has gone down, and I am way more relaxed and chilled. Whew, it has been a road. I love your content.
I would find it more believable BECAUSE you have been there done that. It says a lot that a woman your age is happier single than being with the 2 assumable "good" guys you decided to marry. As my mom said, nobody is throwing away good men. There is something wrong with them, so much so that their presence in your life wasn't even tolerable. Good for you I say.
There’s an underlying vested interest in keeping black women’s esteem and spirit down to only aspire or resign themselves into the narrative that benefit BM and the communitah.
Love these pictures - my wife and i are here checking them out. I don't know what issues they are telling young DS BW these days, but my wife and her very DS friends never had a problem and all are married to very successful men. When I met my wife I was running a fixed income and derivatives trading desk - her beauty is timeless
I’ve been watching you for years and took everything you said to heart. I did not come from money but I made it my mission to excel and just play the hand that God gave me. Now I’m a 28 year old pharmacist living my best life. (And my dating options have improved drastically)
So glad you touched on this topic. I don’t even post anymore because people can’t handle how I live. I hate to say it but it’s mainly other black people who would prefer to see me struggle. I have definitely been told not to date WM because they have always been given more.
I may not be where I want to be in life, but this channel has inspired me to have a healthy amount of selfishness. Had it not been for this channel I'd probably have made terrible choices that would've led me to single motherhood.
This rant could not be more perfect!! 1. There are Black women who truly cannot see their life outside of struggle. That's all they've known. They live in that environment. They struggle in that environment. They'll die in that environment. They can't think outside of that box. Then there is the "crab in the barrel" mentality and the saying, "misery loves company". They can put a "black face" on it, but basically, that's all that is. 2. One thing I did like about Wicked: When she soared away (at the end), she said. "You're not more powerful than me and nothing can stop me. I'm free. And her story continues. If Black women are to take anything away from that movie, that should be it.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!! I don't feel I should have to struggle through my entire life. I've had a woman told me "You're too much of a free spirit and you need responsibility(children )to tie you down."😮I've learned to keep a healthy distance from miserable women.
This is crazyyy, I've been away from alot of content creator to get my mental heath back together for a couple of months now, and people are still complaining about Chrissie content, Her impact is something crazyyyyyy, I'm a black man and find this platform absolutely necessary. It's what made me subscribe to share with other dark skin women I know, smh at people who have a problem with that!
Chrissie! This! No one else is dating politically. One of the super feminist youtubers was going on and on about how she doesn’t understand how people can date republicans or date men whose political convictions are opposite their own. But I just happened to remember an old video of hers where she admitted to dating a republican three years ago. So i called her out in the comments and wrote “didn’t you used to date a republican three years ago? werent yall in a serious relationship??” and she replied “that was BEFORE trump!” lmaooo what?? What in the random standards is that? 😂😂😂😂 it’s ok as long as it’s pre-trump? they move the goal post of what is solidarity based on whatever pops into their mind from day to day or whatever they choose to do. Don’t follow these broads. If she breaks up with her current dude and finds a republican she likes again, you best believe she will date that man and laugh it off like “oops i guess im being problematic tee-hee” meanwhile they’re telling you to take it seriously and virtue signaling
I will be vulnerable in that I’ve had extremely low self esteem as a black woman my whole life. I’m approaching my 30s and can’t help but feel like I’m an imposter when I try to dress feminine or dress/present myself well. How did you ladies overcome this and level up in your beauty and dress? Are there any channels that are good for finding your personal style as a black woman and dressing curvier bodies? I’ve done a lot to level up but when it comes to truly needling beautiful and looking it, I feel like I take one step forward and ten steps back mentally
Hello i'm in my late 20's like you. In your authentic feminine journey, (i'm in work in progress myself), it takes TIME. Be patient and gentle with yourself, it's part of the feminine journey. Feminine is not just your clothes and makeup, it's also how you talk to yourself and others. Talk to you like you'll talk to your little self/sister. And the imposter syndrome is normal. Just tell yourself, youf thoughts are lying to yourself, you look like the women on the video, and they're beautiful, feminine and in peace with themselves. Why can't you ? You deserve it 🙏🏾
Thank you for this! ❤️ it’s so hard and it seems like it comes so easy for everyone else to be unbothered, healed, happy, and feminine. obviously there’s always more than meets the eye and I know a lot of black women have to work super hard to reach that point. I just feel like I’m playing a game of pretend and that I’m deluding myself in some ways 😅 that’s definitely the insecurity talking but it’s mighty strong. Just going to take it a day at a time 💪🏾
Dress feminine? Dressing feminine is just wearing women’s clothing, clothing fits you well. In todays society there’s so many different styles and identities people have. Your insecurities is just your conscience but normal secure people will not judge you which is important to understand. You don’t have to wear heels, dresses, or makeup to be girly I don’t. Do what makes you comfortable. There is no specific way to dress as a woman in my opinion.
I’m an overweight black woman who’s married hypergamously to a high earning black man. I’ve constantly been told that my size will make it impossible to date hypergamously and although I acknowledge truth in this, it’s not my reality. I’m not concerned about having a “soft life” as I like my own income, but it’s nice knowing that the man I’m with is capable of taking care of most of the financial responsibilities.
I had family members tell me the same thing when I went natural back in 2014. They told me my hair wouldn't grow specifically because I didn't have "good hair." And guess what? My hair grew to my butt. Now they're singing a different tune saying "you actually have good hair."
I’ve dated high earning WM before. This may surprise the naysayers but I’ve found that high earning WM are MORE LIKELY to be interested in marriage than broke BM. So imagine how easy it would be for an average BW to marry an average WM. The only thing you need to be is sweet and not f@t. Now when it comes to VERY high earning WM (think multi-millionaires) this may be different. I personally know one multi-millionaire that has been dating a BW for years. He probably won’t marry her but this has more to do with her personality traits than anything else. But in her defense, most women with sense would rather be a kept gf to a multi-millionaire WM than a baby mama to a broke BM.
@@artisticagi i'll take a shot lol: go on google and look up "upper class people activities/sports/hobbies", pick the ones you're interested in, find places near you that have these activities, try to find a way to do these activities, network while you're there and build friendships so they can invite you to their other activities and eventually get into their circle, and last but certainly not last pick your prey to make your husband
There’s been multiple studies and academic papers on how marriage is a tool that many men use to elevate their career and social status. It’s only lowlife men on the internet who rant all day about how *insert man who makes far more than them should never get married.
@@artisticagi Hey sis, I meet them online/dating apps. The decent ones don’t stay online very long as they tend to be intentional about finding someone. As soon as they find someone they tend to ditch the apps. So typically, the good ones are rare on these apps. Some apps definitely offer better quality men though. I would recommend trying to meet someone in person by going to upscale places, restaurants and even expensive gyms. You can also take up expensive hobbies as well. For me, the apps work decently enough as I’m way too busy to go out. I’ve matched with men making upwards of $200k-$300k per year that are specifically interested in BW. Edit: typo
Not everyone will marry a millionaire but every woman know what quality they are looking for in a man such as marrying a generous and good character man (who will provide, protect, cherish her that’s not asking for much). You don’t see other groups making this issues (because it’s literally the norm over there).
In the Arab community this is an issue because 50-50 feminists keep calling us oppressed so we have to keep justifying our soft lifestyle and it gets tiring
@@mariaalmasaniroyalhouse9214 Well, in Arab community y’all “seem” oppressed based on what we read about. However, y’all also have major providers who believe in being traditional breadwinners of their household.
@@Melanated483 western media are total liars with an agenda of free kitty. CNN got caught having an Assad supporter play the role of prisoner and same reporter would use Syrian images as Palestinian. I used to believe the feminist rubbish propaganda when I believed that we Arab women must be oppressed... but I saw true female oppression when I moved to the United States than Canada, where women are worked to the bone, develop health problems, are manipulated by politicians to give free kitty cat to broke dusty losers for political stability and are manipulated by corporations to split the bill 50-50 to lower wages. Western women are actually the ones being oppressed. What the news is use head of herring propaganda method. That means they find the one woman who is abused and amplify the feelings. It's like if a biased islamic publication saying all western women are corn stars and do lonely fans.Since Arabs travel people can''t get away with such propaganda about westerners. Americans don't travel so are gullible and literally believe whatever their lying media says. The western media are only honest when they know they will get caught for lying. Unless they are so mad about Trump they will exaggerate. They all liked about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. If you look at reality tv shows, Dubai Bling, Love is Blind Habibi, they are more representative of actual Arab Muslim women. Though Hajar and Nour are the only represenstatives of Arabs on the very liberal show Love is Blind Habibi. The Arab model is different than the western model of empowerment - we teach women feminine agency, how to be regal and assertive. Also a woman's family protects her. If a western woman doesn't understand the dynamics and marries into an Arab family she can be very disempowered unlike Arab women marrying into the same family. Yes there are abusive Arab men. However, if you look at it, more men are oppressed by women than the opposite. We have a bride price, and the home written in the girl's name before marriage and she can go back to her family with money if her husband annoys her. We don't do alimony, everything is upfront, so Arab housewives can leave if the husband is abusive. We have no stigma for divorce and women can take an abusive man to divorce court. Since families are involved, men behave. It's an entire system, but a different one. 50-50 doesn't empower women but simply benefits duties more. Western women are brainwashed into 50-50 so corporations lower wages. Most pop music is corporate propaganda for women to give their body for free for broke dusty losers so that you don't get Luigi Mangiones. Luigi had trouble getting laid because of his back so he bumped off a corrupt health insurance CEO... corporations don't want that which is why the demonize Muslims so you don't learn from us, and promote hypo gamy and giving free kitty to duties. Since Martin Luther king scared white trust fund kids' families ... they see how hungry blacks are to level up, so this pro dusty level down propaganda is targeted to the black community to break the black family unit so you can't have intergeneration wealth and challenge white elite. I don't believe entirely copying other cultures, just take the good from everywhere, skincare from Korea, perfumes from the Middle East, body lotions and body care from west Africa etc. We Arabs are not perfect but our women are not as oppressed as western women and are not ass oppressed as westerners paint us to hide the fact that women are exploited for the benefit of corrupt corporations who promote 50-50 and free kitty as some form of morality
the community said that non bm wouldnt respect me or treat me as a lady as a bw, but contradictory to their paradigm and ignorant views, every nonbm that ive interacted with has given me the highest amt of princess treatment and nothing below that
It’s so odd to me that Black women opening their options in dating is still a topic of discussion. The data speaks for itself: according to 2021 estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau, there were approximately 21.7 million Black women and 19.8 million Black men in the U.S. That’s a difference of nearly 2 million. It makes perfect sense, and I’m sure the numbers haven’t changed much in 2024.
It’s sickening how some of us would rather us all fail because of the decisions they made in life. I definitely see it with the women that argue against marriage especially when children are involved.
I love how Chrissie never allows people to silence her and always addresses misinformation for the benefit of her subscribers. never let them silence you Chrissie.
Colorism has existed since beginning of time in every WOC groups Asia, India, Latin, Caribbean, and heck even Africa that’s not new. Hence the skin-bleaching or skin tone hierarchy (dating out ain’t going to stop that from happening). It’s not our fight to fix it #get someone else to do it.
I absolutely love this!!! I will always support you on both channels!!! Very happy in my relationship! My husband and I will be celebrating 2 years of marriage in March of 25❤
been listening to you for years and have drastically improved myself for the better. currently getting a terminal degree in a field where we’re severely underrepresented and have had to get comfortable being the only bw in the room on many occasions. I don’t want for opportuties, dating or otherwise. the girls that get it, get it!
At this point in my journey, I’m being the sexiest, happiest, healthiest, most beautiful version of myself to spite the spectators. I love this life that I’ve carefully built and leveled up over the years!
Great video Chrissie. A few years ago when black women started creating spaces from BWGTOW, to LEVEL UP, to all the other movements we have created have been attacked. And yes, you are right our only reality that we are allowed to accept is to be in a struggle love relationship living in poverty or close to it and only being with low-seeded black men who eventually will leave us once he comes into some type of money. For generations black women have been told that its either struggle "planation" love or NOTHING AT ALL.
I can’t think of anything in particularly but I’ll say that interracial dating has been really fun and I get to learn a new language, food, and the culture so it’s like a win-win for me. Does dating has its ups and downs of course but I’m here for the ride and when I find the one that I genuinely wanna settle down with and vice versa, we’re gonna be good.
Yep exactly. I'm learning Polish and we plan for our baby girl when she is older to attend private school and learn Polish and Igbo (my Nigerian language) Interracial dating is so awesome. It opens you up to other cultures you may not have been able to experience. 😊
Its a lil frustrating as a viewer to hear “your standards are too high” or “thats not attainable” so i can only imagine how frustrating it is to be the content creator behind it, lol damn let women TRY at least always tryna rain on others’ parade
When I found your channel, I was dating a wealthy (low millions) white/ Jewish man, but didn't know the term "hypergamy". I've almost always dated men and women who earned more than me (with 2 exceptions). It's never been the goal, just sort of happened...and so I've always focused more on the person than the pockets. Have also mostly "swirled" (with very few exceptions), mainly because I grew up in a town where most of the Black men were likely to be related to me. I've loved your channel because it's been a great reflection of my own dating experiences and inspires me to keep moving up in all aspects of my life, not just dating. Thank you for it!
I’m living my life daily doing what others say isn’t realistic: I am happily married at 29, no kids, a paid off house from hubby, and pear tree (lol jk). I know anything can change your life for better or worse so I don’t want to brag, but I do know that through my intention, my heart, and my faith, I have the life I wanted and it’s only just beginning💖💖💖 If it wasn’t for my student loans I’d be another country every other month I promise you, but twice a year is good for now while I build my career. As always thanks Chrissie for keeping it 💯
I love your channel. It's inspirational and your smart. I uses to feel weird about my relative success. I think because I came from humble beginnings I felt a way not being attracted or impressed by certain men. Now I'm good. I take myself on an international trip once a year. There's jokes that I'm going alone or with a group but it's mainly from people with no passport. Honestly I'd love to go on a baecation to Italy but it's just as awesome if I go alone. Hope you enjoy your holiday Chrissie.
I used to be a part of a program that would help young adults improve their lives, and even though that place was full of majority white people, they were all lower class and I realised even then, when we would talk about our personal and dating lives they expected me to date down, or date black men who were lower class. It was embarrassing they never wanted me dating up or being strategic even though some of them were - white women and lower class white men and all. And let’s not get into the black community here nobody wants black women speaking up about this, it’s like you get sabotaged, hated on ect . I’ve had to divest so many times, I feel like it’s not safe speaking up about this. I’ve learned to go about this lifestyle and levelling up secretly . It’s getting dangerous out here for dark skinned black women and girls because I was only age 18 then.
I've learned thru many toxic relationships and years of therapy to find who I am and love all parts of myself. There are so many broken people out here, especially men, that want you to stay in a state of trauma with them. Resist at all costs!! There's nothing wrong with loving yourself and having standards and boundaries when it comes to dating. When it comes to interracial dating, and speaking with experience, just make sure they treat you like a Queen, can provide for you on all levels, and respect your culture and race.
And money isn't everything. That also comes with bs as well. But to each its own. I'm doing whatever brings me the most peace. I'm only going to worry about what works for me. I hope women begin to do things better and start choosing peace because all of this drama isn't it.
Money is important. The BS is coming from the people who choose to engage in it. Hold them accountable for their actions not an inanimate object that's nothing more than a tool.
@Ourown311 did you even read my whole comment? Obviously, it's important, but not in the way some women make it and are willing to do anything to get. I said it's not everything. I didn't say it wasn't important🫡. Please make sure you read my comment before being ready to say something to me.
I've always had the mindset of being successful and not letting anyone, especially a man, bring me down before anyone called it leveling up. To me, it's always been a way of life for me🫡💯 I'll reiterate, I'm happily divorced and no children. It's peaceful ❤
Hello Ladies, Right now, I am in the decentering men 4-B mindset. I have a lot of trauma from men, specifically Black men due to my former Black males centered identity, and not knowing any better. I have been in and out of BWE spaces since 2016, but I will admit I've stepped away from many due several factors such as (1) I noticed BW were still male centered, damn near worshiping non-Black men, (2) BW were scorned who choose to open their dating/mating options and keep Black men as an option, and (3) what appeared to be body shaming BW into believing they will only be able attract non-Black men unless they have to be slim, among others reasons. I get it. Men tend to be attracted to slimmer women and/or women with ideal proportions. I have been on a weight loss journey, and I went from 230 to 167 (at my lowest). I am 5'5" and now I am at 190 due to a 2-year period of depression and stress due to multiple job losses and financial upheaval. I am confident I will lose more weight, not for a man but for me. This world is crazy and I want to fit when the shit REALLY hits the fan. In addition, I am working on healing the pain within so if I ever decide to entertain a man again, I want to be my best self mentally and emotionally. Males, will still be decentralized nonetheless. So, I want you ladies' thoughts on this? If a Black woman has it together in other areas of her life but may be overweight at the time she opens her options, do you think she will have a hard time? What have been your experiences attracting non-Black men when you were on your weight loss journey? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, CHRISSIE!!
The fact several of the blk girl in luxury pics here are girls I follow actively on social media 😂😂 You're one of the few people I'm taking advice from, truly.
Yep.
Seems like a comfortable way to level up so why do they discourage it
Sorry it didnt work out but love the fact that you came out better off. Every relationship you have should level you up.😊
@@lifespanwellnessbeauty-60i64 love it ❤.

Who’s people?
@HoneyChild-8 They are whoever doesn't want to see black women happy🫡💯🤷🏾♀️
Preach it sister you and me both. Create the life you want
Congrats on dumping that cheater!! 🎉
I’m about to leave and I don’t even think he cheated. He just has no ambition and I’m out.
Right! Exactly
@DreamAboutMe823 yep, leave now. Lack of ambition will always be a dealbreaker.

I love your channel 🥰
Yas sis...swirl/divest sis!

This is the beautiful stories we want to see again and again and again❤❤❤
Congrats to you and your husband! You guys got married on my graduation day from college 😁
My favorite is “you not gonna find no man your age without children”. I’ve been hearing that since 23…silly shyt.
Yes!! The baby daddies are sooo mad nobody wants them. They make up their own reality 😂😂😂
Right! I keep hearing that from friends who've settled and chose to only date one demographic of men who are the least sexually disciplined.
It’s much more than being sexually undisciplined though, leaving DnA anywhere and in anyone without regard speaks to a h8tred of self that runs deep within.
That's BS. When I met my hubby he had no kids and he was in his mid 30'a already.
@Tessy29k exactly! They will say anything to justify being down bad.
I remember last year someone even tried to say that trend black girl luxury is over, and I am like NO IT IS NOT!
Shhh...Don't tell them it's not over, because if they find out we're still in luxury, they might pounce again! 😂
It is not a trend. It's a norm. And luxury isn't minimized to splurging money on stuff only. It can be as simple as living a stress free life wich is literal gold.
Lmao over? Since when??😂
I know they mad cause it is here to stay forever
Yep I don’t understand why they hate it so much. They be the same ones following rich white influencers
The things that we consider “unrealistic” are so embarrassing. I was at the hair dresser one time and one of the stylists was bragging on her man. She was like “yall he only goes to the strip club twice a month, it’s crazy he’s such a good man!”
You would have thought the stylist said her man bought her a Benz on the first date or paid her tuition for her masters degree cuz everyone in the salon was like “omg girl you got a good one omg omg!” 🤣
I was like “my man never goes to the strip club.” The salon went quiet till one of them broke the silence to tell me my man is definitely lying to me because ALL men go to the strip club and regularly.
Smh…
Oh man. That is pathetic that they thought that made him good!!
@@taylorsara1237not only pathetic but also degrading she’s degrading herself by staying with him and the fact she sees him as a good man for only twice a month. Their standards are so low that’s why they only get the attention of dusties.
A lot of women don't realise just how LOW their standards are.
And the real tea is, that doesn't even meet bare minimum standards. She ain't even zeroed out yet 🤣
Yep absolutely right.
Right on!✊
A lot of bw are addicted to humiliation and struggle its why they keep going on those awful podcasts.
What part of leveling up is unrealistic... Make a plan, have patience, stay focus, and have a little fun.
It all comes down to mindset. You either have it or you don’t 🤷🏾♀️

@@mukaniwatkins2598 Take advantage of living with your parents it can help you financially. Take your time and be careful of excessive spending and putting your name in unnecessary bills, loans, and credit cards. you’re already on your way💓
In many cultures, affluent girls and women tend to stay with their families till they get married.
Wow this sounds amazing, I’m so happy for you. I refuse to have children unless it’s similar to this scenario lol good job sis 🩷
This is wonderful to read.❤ I love hearing bw levelling up. My Polish hubby is also 6ft3 and well off.👏🏽 More blessings to you and yours. 🎉🎉

I worked my corporate job in an office full of white men and walked out with a husband. It is super realistic. Men are attracted to smart, beautiful women period.

You're gonna get there. Remember this comment when you do. You're going to get there!!🎉🎉🎉
This rant could not be more perfect!!

Chrissie!
This.

Just going to take it a day at a time 💪🏾
@rachelesmith3342 it's not easy for anyone, they just stayed the course and reminded themselves that they deserve it.
@@Ourown311I’ve always been naturally feminine so for some women it is easy. I think it’s best to just be yourself honestly.
True. I don’t understand why people are so mad at black women at swirling. Black men are the pioneers of dating whomever they want.
Before the whole natural hair movement...I was told by black ppl that I couldn't grow my hair long unless I had Indian in my family 😂
Where do you meet these high income men? Asking for a friend of course

Edit: typo
I' ve been following you for 7-8 years now and you just....get it❤
Not everyone will marry a millionaire but every woman know what quality they are looking for in a man such as marrying a generous and good character man (who will provide, protect, cherish her that’s not asking for much). You don’t see other groups making this issues (because it’s literally the norm over there).
In the Arab community this is an issue because 50-50 feminists keep calling us oppressed so we have to keep justifying our soft lifestyle and it gets tiring
Exactly!

🎉🎉🎉CHRISSIE ALWAYS HITS THE BULLS EYE🎉🎉🎉
the community said that non bm wouldnt respect me or treat me as a lady as a bw, but contradictory to their paradigm and ignorant views, every nonbm that ive interacted with has given me the highest amt of princess treatment and nothing below that
It’s so odd to me that Black women opening their options in dating is still a topic of discussion.
Thank you!! They need to speak for themselves 🤷🏽♀️
I really really love seeing BW enjoying life...that is all...go get yours ladies ✨🤗✨💞✊🏾
I love how Chrissie never allows people to silence her and always addresses misinformation for the benefit of her subscribers. never let them silence you Chrissie.
The enemy knows your power and reveals it to you through everything you thoughtfully outlined. ❤
💯🎯‼️
Colorism has existed since beginning of time in every WOC groups Asia, India, Latin, Caribbean, and heck even Africa that’s not new. Hence the skin-bleaching or skin tone hierarchy (dating out ain’t going to stop that from happening). It’s not our fight to fix it #get someone else to do it.
This! As an Arab
Even though I haven't fully practiced hypergamy (yet), I still enjoy your content. It keeps my head on the swivel😉.
I left the struggle in 2020 and never looked back
I absolutely love this!!! I will always support you on both channels!!! Very happy in my relationship! My husband and I will be celebrating 2 years of marriage in March of 25❤
Congratulations🎊 I love these comments.❤ They give me so much joy.
been listening to you for years and have drastically improved myself for the better. currently getting a terminal degree in a field where we’re severely underrepresented and have had to get comfortable being the only bw in the room on many occasions. I don’t want for opportuties, dating or otherwise. the girls that get it, get it!
At this point in my journey, I’m being the sexiest, happiest, healthiest, most beautiful version of myself to spite the spectators. I love this life that I’ve carefully built and leveled up over the years!
The black woman who appreciate you and your messages are here’s. The ones who don’t, don’t know that they’re missing.
I got a lot of hate from my immediate family for going to college because none of them went.
😮😮They said getting a degree was useless but I was able to use mine to pay off my student loans and my mortgage.
👏👏👏

Omg i thought this was me😂😂
Love you Chrissie!! I'm trying so hard to apply your information to the areas of my life where they are necessary.
Keep going!
You’re so right! Learning a new language opens up so many doors/opportunities on a social level. It’s crazy fun! 😊🤪
Yep exactly. I'm learning Polish and we plan for our baby girl when she is older to attend private school and learn Polish and Igbo (my Nigerian language) Interracial dating is so awesome. It opens you up to other cultures you may not have been able to experience. 😊
It’s unrealistic TO THEM !!!! NOT US!!!! Many of us have leveled up and are examples of the benefits of this .
Some black women wallow in poverty mentality and victim hood.
I have been praying for you to bring back your feminine strategy channel. The information and advice you give on that channel is very helpful.
Omg! I went to high school with the two in your thumbnail 😭 didn’t know other Canadians watched your videos lol
I am an Arab Canadian who loves her videos because they are wise and have a lot of mean for other minorities like my community
Canadian here 😄👋🏿
What’s the name of their channel? I thought I recognized the background of that photo lol
Canadian here 😁👋🏾
@ Ontario???
Its a lil frustrating as a viewer to hear “your standards are too high” or “thats not attainable” so i can only imagine how frustrating it is to be the content creator behind it, lol damn let women TRY at least always tryna rain on others’ parade
You tell me I can't.I want it even more😅😅😅😅 i want to give the soft life to myself.😊😊😊
PREACH CHRISSIE 🎉❤
I love all of these pictures 😍😍😍
Me too they are pretty
I’m living my life daily doing what others say isn’t realistic: I am happily married at 29, no kids, a paid off house from hubby, and pear tree (lol jk).
I know anything can change your life for better or worse so I don’t want to brag, but I do know that through my intention, my heart, and my faith, I have the life I wanted and it’s only just beginning💖💖💖
If it wasn’t for my student loans I’d be another country every other month I promise you, but twice a year is good for now while I build my career.
As always thanks Chrissie for keeping it 💯
I think more than ever with everything that’s coming down the pipeline 2025 and beyond how we move as bw is important .
And I will be moving in silence like I always have 😂
An easy way to expand your world view is through music because I love rock and country. People gravitate to you if they think you are open minded.
Absolutely Love My 🤍 Zaddy!
I have to say I appreciate this channel. It has stayed consistent for years and isn’t pandering to a certain group.
📢✨never settle for Crumbz
I've learned thru many toxic relationships and years of therapy to find who I am and love all parts of myself. There are so many broken people out here, especially men, that want you to stay in a state of trauma with them. Resist at all costs!! There's nothing wrong with loving yourself and having standards and boundaries when it comes to dating. When it comes to interracial dating, and speaking with experience, just make sure they treat you like a Queen, can provide for you on all levels, and respect your culture and race.
I always feel so rejuvenated when I listen to Chrissie lol my happy place fr 🥰
I love seeing bw in luxury and living in peace and living their best lives
Omg you showed a picture of Dominic and Naka, my fave couple ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank yuu for always giving such beautiful representation. And showing melanated women of all sizes they deserve better, and can aim higher...
Trying to be on your level. Semi-happily divorced but with children. The semi is the dusty ex that keeps trying to be the curse that keeps on giving.
Hello Ladies,
Right now, I am in the decentering men 4-B mindset.
The fact several of the blk girl in luxury pics here are girls I follow actively on social media 😂😂
You're one of the few people I'm taking advice from, truly.
