I'm not sure if anyone has noticed (elsewhere) but the artist is indeed Kamasi & Co, but the theme is "Malcolm's Theme" composed by Terrence Blanchard. The lyrics were from Ossie Davis.

Does anyone know who the singer is? I can't find it anywhere. I cannot find the name of the man who sings in the original track either. She sounds like the woman who sings Pink Floyd's The Great Gig in the Sky. I know she isn't but dammmnnnn this person is an angel and I want to hear more of her work
