My favourite lazy snack is two to four tablespoons of tahini (four is super rich), a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and a tablespoon and a half of maple syrup or other liquid sweetener. Stir it all up and pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit to cool and you have a super rich fudge esque thing.
Great tip: if you want to avoid your glass cups or glass dishes to break after adding hot water. Add a metal spoon inside the dish before the hot water. The metal absorbs the heat and the dish won’t break!🧡

Hey, just wanted to thank you for your easy-to-follow recipes, from someone who is not vegan but just trying to eat more plant-based meals, but ESPECIALLY for your tiny-apartment-friendly recipes!! I too do not own a toaster or microwave lol

A really delicious snack (or little meal even) I've been loving lately is filled bell peppers! Just take one or two bell peppers, cut off the upper part and preheat your oven to 200°C. I used a filling of cooked Quinoa, sauteed in a pan with soaked soy granulate (some smoked tofu would also work fine), spices, tomato paste, carrot, garlic and onion (and whatever else you like, really). Love all your videos! Here is a very simple but delicious recipe: Cook 1 portion of wholegrain couscous according to the packet but, instead of using just water put a veg stock cube in. Then chop up some broccoli into small florets, toss in olive oil, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you would like. Put in a roasting tin and cook @ 180c for 30mins turning half way. Then dice up some cucumber and put in all together. Add a nob of vegan butter or oil and ENJOY! Its soooooooo amazing

Cook fried tofu from the Asian market in a pan, then ad the sauce containing gochujang, ssamjang, agave syrup, tomato puree, soy sauce and water. Stir and let it simmer for a quick minute, then garnish with sesame seeds.
A favorite oatmeal recipe is *cinnamon bun oatmeal*: 1/3c quick oats (or bonus points if you buzz it up into oat flour instead of using quick oats), 1T ground flaxseed, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1/4tsp allspice, pinch salt, 2/3c coconut milk, 2tsp maple syrup or brown sugar, handful raisins (optional), 1T vegan vanilla protein powder. Okay, so my surprisingly good-tasting food combination is grapefruit with turmeric. I usually make a salad with the same volume of lettuce, rinsed canned white beans, and grapefruit that I have peeled beforehand in a bowl (crucial part) and cut with my fingers in bite-size pieces . Then, I make a dressing using the grapefruit juice that has been collected in the bowl during the very messy peeling process, adding olive oil, salt, pepper, and...turmeric of course (i put a lot of it in the dressing so that it looks very orange and kinda creamy from all the powder) Also you can add lemon juice if its not sour enough of if you don't have enough grapefruit juice. Then, I pour a good amount of dressing on top of my salad and I finally top it with seeeedz. The dressing is so good I sometimes just dip grapefruit bits in it with a fork. Plus I think it contains all the combo nutrients allowing your body to absorb all the benefits of turmeric (although you might wanna check it out because I'm not a nutritionnist and I might be saying BS). So that was my student-friendly, cheap, quick, tasty, vegan recipe that i love to do when grapefruits are in season! I am really glad to share it and I really hope someone out there will test it out (Mina, that's your moment) because it's absolutely unexpectedly delicious and all my friends who tested it agreed with me :)
My favorite lazy snack lately is to chop up a banana and then just add that to a bowl with some almond butter and a little bit of maple syrup. I’m unhealthily obsessed with it
Fake small cheesecake: What you Need: - 1 small pastry ring (mine is 6 cm) - 6 biscuits - vegan yogurt ( l recommend using a White one or coffee // chocolate flavored). - coffee (the needed quantity) 1. Start by mashing the biscuits. 2. In a Bowl combine the biscuits with coffee. Start with 1 tbs of coffee and then add One at a time. The mixture should be not too wet and not too dry. 3.Place it in the pastry ring and level It. 4. Once the mixture Is flat put the yogurt over it. 5. Place it in the frigde overnight or for 4/5 hours. 6. When it's ready to be taken out of the frigde: take it out, remove the pastry ring and enjoy!
Fruit sushi! Make coconut rice with sushi rice and coconut milk, cut a champagne/ataulfo/honey mango into strips, cut a kiwi into strips, dip rice paper in warm water, spoon rice onto dipped rice paper and stack kiwi/mango on top. Shape by rolling forward once then tucking in the sides then roll forward until all is wrapped. !! Cut into individual pieces or eat as a roll, maybe make a fruit sauce/vegan yogurt/ coconut cream dipping sauce
delicious snack: healthy high protein cookie dough into a food processor - equal parts oats and white beans dates (enough to make the dough slightly sticky and sweet) almond butter syrup if necessary vanilla extract generous pinch of salt shape into balls and flash freeze or chill in fridge. coat in melted chocolate when hard enough.
I looove making a super fast cookie dough esc type thing for dessert almost every night. I mix one part peanut butter or tahini, two parts oat flour and half-one part agave/maple syrup. Stir it up, add some cacao nibs or choc chips and enjoy!
Hey Mina! I recently came up with a makeshift not-exactly-a-baklava dessert/snack. I made some spring rolls and had like half a package of the filo sheets left, and didn't want them to dry out. So I mixed a bit of oatly cooking cream with sugar and chopped nuts (I had pecans, walnuts and cashews). I layered a deeper tray with a few crimped filo sheets, some sunflower oil drizzle, a bit of the nuts and cream mixture, repeat that until you run out of ingredients. Baked it on 190 for 25-30 minutes (pay attention to the bottom, must be crispy). I really loved it because it felt a bit like caramel fudge filling and then the filo gave me that divine baklava texture feeling.
An apple pie oats recipe: Slice apples add date syrup salt and cinnamon. Caramelized it for 2 min then add oats and milk. Cook it until oats are done. Enjoy
Suggestion for a really easy chocolate dessert / snack that is a great Nutella substitute: get some tahini sauce , add some cocoa powder + agave / your choice of sweetener , and you’re done ! 🤍 mix with strawberries or other fruits and it’s so delicious
something i’ve been eating daily is some homemade nutritional yeast tortilla chip cracker things so basically what i do is cut up a tortilla, toss the tortilla pieces in lime then i put some salt and nutritional yeast on them and put them in the air fryer for like 7 minutes but tossing them around every 2 minutes then boom! delicious nooch chip things 🤌
One of my favorite self made spread (and a hit at my birthday brunch): chickpea and avocado mash It’s super simple: add a small can of chickpeas to a bowl, mash with a fork. Add a whole avocado and mesh the two together. Add garlic powder, pepper and really important: kala Namak to it plus some lemon or lime juice. Add a biiiiiigg dallop on toast, it should be one centimeter thick on the toast, if you want with some cress, spinach or chives - just something in that direction and enjoy
Food combo to maybe try, sauerkraut and nooch. It magnifies the cheesy flavor of the nooch in hot or cold sandwiches. I also blend sauerkraut and nooch up with tofu and random seasonings to make dip for veggies
idk if you already tried this but bread (i like whole wheat) toasted with sliced tomatoes on top plus vegan cheese, oregano, salt pepper, oil and some blasamic vinegar is heaven
My fav snack when I have nothing is apples dipped in tahini mixed with maple syrup and TONS of cinnamon and then sprinkle salt and dip in crushed walnuts - also with a glass of oat milk on the side ✨

An absolutely amazing food combination/ snack/ recipe I made up is Baked Crumpets- chopped 2 crumpets in oven proof dish with 1 flax egg/chia egg, splash of non dairy milk, mashed banana, cinnamon if desired (mix these ingredients altogether and then pour over the chopped crumpets). Bake in oven for 15 mins at 180C, then add toppings (peanut butter, choc chips, berries!) can also add frozen berries at the start before you bake and they melt it’s so so yummy!!! It’s like a simple version of a mix between banana bread and french toast! You should definitely try 🥰
A really good food combo is Cucumber, half a lime, salt, and paprika. Peel your cucumber and then cut them into thin slices but they aren’t so thin they fall over when held upright. Plate the cucumbers and use half a lime, covering all the cucumber slices. Add your salt and a nice layer of paprika, season to liking. Chefs kiss
My all fav smoothie or milk shake Add in some frozen strawberries dragon fruit and mango (leave the dragon fruit if u don’t have it) and put it all in a blender with some milk also and some sugar and I love it but it’s your choice to add in some vanilla ice cream
I love making a custom peanut butter and jelly sandwich all the time, it's just crunchy peanut butter with stripes of sriracha on one bread and jelly of any flavor on the other bread (I use rye bread), for a pb&s&J sandwich, I promise it's tasty :D

Mina, I want you to know that I love you and your videos! There is just an amazing atmosphere and so much inspiration! Thank you for what you are doing!

i just made the chocolate muffins as pancakes because i don't have an oven/microwave and it's so good and fluffy aaaaa!!!!!! Just had to make sure the heat is really low 💕
Love all your videos! Here is a very simple but delicious recipe:
Cook 1 portion of wholegrain couscous according to the packet but, instead of using just water put a veg stock cube in.
EASY YUM
fill a wonton wrapper with vegan cream cheese, chocolate chips, cinnamon, or anything else that sounds good
air fry until crispy
i like sliced pears and a drizzle of tahini! Very simple but rly nice
That does sound yum!
i just wanna say how much i love this kind of videos, everything is so cute and soft and i love it

My favorite lunch is a miso chickpea salad open faced sandwich . Mash chickpeas, add 1 tb almond or peanut butter, 1 TB miso paste, 2 tb rice vinegar, paprika powdered ginger, garlic powder and cinnamon to a separate bowl, mix u til kinda sauce like. cut some parsley or cilantro and dice red onion. Add the peanut sauce my thing to the chickpeas and then the cilantro and onion. Toast some bread and put the chickpeas on there and add some sandwich toppings. Girl when I tell you I basically devoured the whole bowl I made In a day lol. It’s sweet and savory and nutty. It’s SO good!!!
Is it a can of chickpeas?

I just found out that watching Minas videos rlly helps with destructive heartbreaks. THANK YOU, i love you
something i have found myself eating a lot as a bigger snack or small lunch is toasted whole wheat bread with vanilla soy yogurt, stewed apple and cinnamon. it might sound a bit weird but it’s so good! i highly recommend you try it
whouah the mozza sticks look insane !!😍

I loved all of these! I need to try the not-zarella sticks 😍 xx
I just subscribed and i am blown away by the number of videos i wanna watch so thank you so much.
This is amazing- my family got Arby's for dinner the other day and I had to watch them eat their mozzarella sticks while I painfully ate my fries- 😭 But jokes on them because I can eat them too now!
Cook fried tofu from the Asian market in a pan, then ad the sauce containing gochujang, ssamjang, agave syrup, tomato puree, soy sauce and water. Stir and let it simmer for a quick minute, then garnish with sesame seeds.
omgosh the hazelnut and peach tea 😍
A favorite oatmeal recipe is *cinnamon bun oatmeal*: 1/3c quick oats (or bonus points if you buzz it up into oat flour instead of using quick oats), 1T ground flaxseed, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1/4tsp allspice, pinch salt, 2/3c coconut milk, 2tsp maple syrup or brown sugar, handful raisins (optional), 1T vegan vanilla protein powder. I cook everything together for 7-10 minutes on medium-low heat and serve with chopped apple and more cinnamon. Can top with more brown sugar too!
@@songulauras Simply V Reibegenuss beste!
@@songulauras ich habe meistens den Reibekäse von simplyV 😄Damit klappt es eigentlich ganz gut meiner Meinung nach!
The chickpea Mayo is legit😍😍😍
true true
Fennel and Orange in bite-sized pieces, Walnuts, Olive Oil, lemon juice, black pepper, maybe add some tiny bit of sweetener - enjoy :)
I love the soundtrack in this clip 💕
especially the song at around 6:00 🥰
Best combo: sliced orange with some drizzled pb and cinnamon 🤌
Okay, so my surprisingly good-tasting food combination is grapefruit with turmeric.
I usually make a salad with the same volume of lettuce, rinsed canned white beans, and grapefruit that I have peeled beforehand in a bowl (crucial part) and cut with my fingers in bite-size pieces . Then, I make a dressing using the grapefruit juice that has been collected in the bowl during the very messy peeling process, adding olive oil, salt, pepper, and...turmeric of course (i put a lot of it in the dressing so that it looks very orange and kinda creamy from all the powder)
Also you can add lemon juice if its not sour enough of if you don't have enough grapefruit juice.
I’m unhealthily obsessed with it
What I do is some frozened berries, a banana, kiwi, maple Sirup and some almond butter…a great fruit salad kinda thing
I’ve tried an orange/avocado juice in Marrocco and it’s a really good combination!
Oh i love that tea-brand. They make such a good cherry tea! Bought it in Flensburg last time i was there.
Watermelon and feta with some lemon juice and mint 🔥🔥🔥

All together? 😄❤️
!! Cut into individual pieces or eat as a roll, maybe make a fruit sauce/vegan yogurt/ coconut cream dipping sauce
delicious snack: healthy high protein cookie dough
into a food processor -
equal parts oats and white beans
dates (enough to make the dough slightly sticky and sweet)
almond butter
syrup if necessary
vanilla extract
generous pinch of salt
shape into balls and flash freeze or chill in fridge. coat in melted chocolate when hard enough.
I looove making a super fast cookie dough esc type thing for dessert almost every night. I mix one part peanut butter or tahini, two parts oat flour and half-one part agave/maple syrup. Stir it up, add some cacao nibs or choc chips and enjoy!
Toast with mango slices and peanut butter, a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt! I love it! You can use banana too!
12:34 chickteas 🤔😋
I really loved it because it felt a bit like caramel fudge filling and then the filo gave me that divine baklava texture feeling.
that sounds amazing! love it!
An apple pie oats recipe:
Slice apples add date syrup salt and cinnamon.
🤍 mix with strawberries or other fruits and it’s so delicious
uhh sounds yummy thank you!
@@Mina_Rome I hope you’ll get the chance to try ! Thank you for your response , I truly love all your videos 🖤
something i’ve been eating daily is some homemade nutritional yeast tortilla chip cracker things so basically what i do is cut up a tortilla, toss the tortilla pieces in lime then i put some salt and nutritional yeast on them and put them in the air fryer for like 7 minutes but tossing them around every 2 minutes then boom! delicious nooch chip things 🤌
One of my favorite self made spread (and a hit at my birthday brunch): chickpea and avocado mash
It’s super simple: add a small can of chickpeas to a bowl, mash with a fork. Add a whole avocado and mesh the two together. Add garlic powder, pepper and really important: kala Namak to it plus some lemon or lime juice. Add a biiiiiigg dallop on toast, it should be one centimeter thick on the toast, if you want with some cress, spinach or chives - just something in that direction and enjoy
that sounds really good I must say! thank u :)
Vegan und einfach - vielen Dank Mina 🤗
Food combo to maybe try, sauerkraut and nooch. It magnifies the cheesy flavor of the nooch in hot or cold sandwiches. I also blend sauerkraut and nooch up with tofu and random seasonings to make dip for veggies
idk if you already tried this but bread (i like whole wheat) toasted with sliced tomatoes on top plus vegan cheese, oregano, salt pepper, oil and some blasamic vinegar is heaven
Mina, I love your videos. I enjoy watching them so much! Gemütlich!!!
My fav snack when I have nothing is apples dipped in tahini mixed with maple syrup and TONS of cinnamon and then sprinkle salt and dip in crushed walnuts - also with a glass of oat milk on the side ✨
I don't think I've ever had tahini and apples, interesting!!
@@Mina_Rome it’s really delicious when you’re bored of almond butter - almost tastes like halva
Squeee! Totally geeking out that you tried my snack idea 🤩
Absolutely loved it! Thanks!
My favourite snack has got to be dried figs with peanut (or cashew) butter and hazelnut butter! (Ur vids are amazing btw💗😊)
that is a good combo! anything with hazelnut butter really :) and thank you!
snacks? we love to see it!!!
The vegan mozzarella sticks looked so yum! If you showed me them without telling me they were vegan, i would think they were just normal mozzarella sticks!
Uuggghhhh so yummy!!!! I will have to try ALL of these this winter 🕯️🌫️☕
Quick vegan snack idea: Garlic and herb vegan cream cheese topped with silvered almonds and peaches drizzled with maple or agave syrup on TOAST. Yum!
vegane alternative zu nutella + quark oder marmelade + quark auf brot (hat das noch wer als kind immer zusammen gegessen??) ist statt quark den 3-zutaten soja-naturjoghut von rewe bio nehmen! liebs
Chefs kiss
My all fav smoothie or milk shake
Add in some frozen strawberries dragon fruit and mango (leave the dragon fruit if u don’t have it) and put it all in a blender with some milk also and some sugar and I love it but it’s your choice to add in some vanilla ice cream
another recipe that is sooo good is carrot cake smoothie!! 100% recommend tastes like liquid carrot cake
How do you ale your carrot smoothie? ✨
@@Mina_Rome here is the recipe :)
-1 frozen banana
-1small carrot (chopped)
-1date
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-vanilla
-1/4 tsp dried ginger
-cardamom (adjust after taste)
-1 pinch nutmeg
-1/2 cup frozen annanas
- vegan yoghurt
-Non dairy milk (oat)
I love making a custom peanut butter and jelly sandwich all the time, it's just crunchy peanut butter with stripes of sriracha on one bread and jelly of any flavor on the other bread (I use rye bread), for a pb&s&J sandwich, I promise it's tasty :D
Hummus with sauerkraut sounds weird but it's really good
When adding boiling water to glas containers I can recommend putting a wet dishcloth (Spüllappen) underneath to prevent the glas from cracking;)
Apples/Carrots with a mustard - grape-jam (homemade) -sauce xD I love that combo
honestly, this is the first video of yours I've seen but that's all I needed to know I needed to sub.. loved the idea for the pineapple mint drink.. it sounds amazing.. and those vegan cheese sticks.. I should be in bed but after this I feel like raiding the fridge..
I have tried your chocolate pie and it is amazingly tasty. My brother and mom eat all of it. Thank u xoxo
You’re so creative Mina!!
this video was basically all you guys but thank u :)
