I ❤ CLT. It is better than trying to go through ATL. I love the atrium area where you can look out onto the area where planes are coming and going. And the rocking chairs are good for those who need a rest.

I agree with airport vibes and amenities. However I think AA have created too big traffic which resulted in many delays and cancellations. Already sat on the tarmac few times for about an hour waiting for gate to be open.

@@iflyplaces I have only had to do that once. The worst place there are the "E" gates. i have rarely been delayed there.
