    Hahaha love those shiny movie clips 😂 I really suffer with this, I can totally go down a rabbit hole given half the chance!

      Thanks Justina! Sometimes going down the rabbit hole is a good thing... but keep it in check and only a small portion of what you do. What was the most useful tip for you?

    I have just seen this video at exactly the right time (shiny syndrome on steroids - most of Xmas holiday used up). I have been turning myself around, considering and playing with tools to fill gaps in my tool stack (stuck on Asana vs Clickup vs make do vs do I need a PM tool) for approx. 8 months lol). So thank you 😀

      You're welcome! Remember tools are just that, tools. Focus on why you need it and how it should help you before adding one to your arsenal. Good luck!

      @@CEOEntrepreneur your absolutely right - during our annual planning meeting yesterday, we decided on ClickUp - I often use your videos as a reference point to ensure we are doing the right things - really helpful content, so thank you for your continued efforts

    I've never thought that I'm suffering from this kind of distraction. I've been in the loop of trying new things (since the lockdown in March) and never actually succeeded in any of those things up until now. These tips are really helpful for me and for everyone trying to achieve their goals. Thanks, Dr. Tamer! This video is worth sharing!

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  3 роки тому +1

      That’s one of the problems! When we are in this loop, sometimes we don’t know we are and we keep trying to convince ourselves of reasons why this new thing is important and better. Stay focused! Thanks for your comment!

    It's always exciting to go with most trendy stuff out there!! Really thoughtful point to address ;)

      I know only too well how exciting (and distracting!) keeping up with trendy stuff can be! I have enough gadgets to prove it. But it's really important to compartmentalise and know when the right time to focus is and when the right time to go after the new and shiny trends! :) Thanks for your comment

    What a beautiful coincidence! First of all, I would really like to embrace the way you shed light on to such critical topics for us. I have been thinking about SOS for awhile especially this part of slowing down as an imperative to speed up. Thank you one more time for the great content. It really helps. I am gladly going to share my thoughts about SOS referring to this video on Linked in very soon, as well.

    Wow! This video is really very helpful. You explained really well. My favourite is "Does it make my boat go faster?"
    One question I wish to ask sir. By less is more, you mean Pareto Principle right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
    Thanks. Have a great day!

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  2 роки тому

      Thanks for your comment! The Pareto Principle is one way of looking at it yes. The idea is focusing on less things can enable you to master and optimise better so yes find out the 20% (or thereabouts) of things that will really make the impact and focus on those... Best of luck!

    Really appreciate your content! Can you please talk more about how to prioritize projects in your business? With so much emphasis on digital marketing and content creation as a solo entrepreneur, it gets difficult to access what will actually lead to more clients?! I am a Psychologist and a career counselor in India and I have recently started my company Career Wellbeing.
    More so how does delegating your operations for services like counseling in my profession would look like. Where I am trying to build by brand credibility initially through my counseling services. My products and services include things other than just counseling. In India, I am looking at this as a business and not just a private practice.
    Thank you for your help!

      Great questions and topics. I’ll add to my list of videos and will mention you when I cover it. It will be several weeks before I release it but stay tuned. In the meantime try to think strategically where you want your business to go and what needs to happen for you to get there. Also try to figure out what challenges may get in your way and what would you need to do to prevent or overcome them. Then try to focus on one thing at a time. But I’ll make a video on on what to prioritise and in what order. Good luck 🚀
