I have two of them, don't know if there are better for the same price but both of them came with severe light bleed on he bottom edge, with a little time the bleed subsided and what I love about them is the bezzles, they're really tiny and two monitors next to each other looks amazing.
Go with the Ultrasharp U2718Q. Awesome design, color accuracy (factory calibrated) and HDR/IPS 4K. USB 3.0-Hub with Fast-Charge Port is also a benefit. It just got released in 2017, I bought it and highly recommend it. Check also some reviews to make your decision.
