File suit against the school
Team deserved suspension, coaches knew of his violent behavior. He had previous incident. Coach deserved suspension too!
The police should have arrested him on the spot. This is the last time I want to hear about that kid.
That kid should have sat in jail and should have never went back to that school or any public school especially since he did it in soccer
The entire school's athletic programs should be suspended & the coach & principle should be fired for the simple fact that they still let him wrestle after the fact.
Maybe the AD was threatened to get "tacked" in the parking lot if he didn't allow him to "compete"...
The decisions these schools make are mind blowing. They wait until this crap escalates.
I do feel sorry for his teammates who are all being punished for his actions.
Why? They support this behavior. He felt comfortable acting this way based on the culture. And had did it in every other sport he played so everyone knew and accepted this. The entire school athletic program should be suspended for 10 years.
This same kid was arrested last March, asleep in a car with 6 grams of cocaine on him. Truly shocking.
this was too lenient for such an outrageous event. This event does NOT become something "not discussed". for EVERY day of the probation, that entire team and SPECIFIC player should be reminded of his selfish action costing the team. Otherwise, all the boy did was advertise his aggression to colleges that can teach him how to keep it under control.
Molina is the problem, I would sue the school for sure.
He’s gonna end up behind bars in the future unless he collects his thoughts and actions after this. Christ will calm him if he accepts him.
He’s already behind bars on a felony charge of make and disturbing a controlled substance. With a $50,000 bond. That didn’t take long, he graduated to the big house.
He should be arrested for assault.
In the ideal world, he was kicked off the high school football team, ending his football career and any hopes he had of going to college, except McDonald's University.
How many Sports can you get Assault Charges in, before your next game is played Behind Bars 🤔
... seems to be more than one obviously
He should be arrested for assault and banned from any sport again. He must have wonderful parents
Keep making excuses for him right up to the point when he goes to jail.
Kid is going to be doing the perp walk for some time... until he kills someone.
FIRE Yesina....she makes judgements like a child.
You play like a team you go down as a team!
Do not pass GO. Straight to jail.
Even if he got no other punishment, he made himself un-recruitable for any university in Division One, or even Division Two. There are many athletes who are just as good, and don’t have anger issues. Road Rage anybody?
Yes. Suspension for the whole year sounds good
His parents must be soooo proud of him
Well damn they acting like the NCAA . He going to be gone. And the school still going to pay the price for his mistakes
You're a simpleton idiot. How you would like this a-hole as a drunken adult living next to you? That probation is a slap on the wrist, they are not banned for playing sports or the postseason...
The criminal should be arrested and jailed and the school should be forced to give up any wins this year and be banned from competing for at least five years.
Violent Psychopath > Thank goodness this guy was charged with felony assault!
Prolly treats women the same way
I treat your mom like that
THAT REF SHOULD SUE THE A$$ OFF THAT SCHOOL. They KNEW he was a violent thug and yet still let him keep participating in sports where he,...yet again violently attacked someone. He should have gone to jail but the police refused to do their job. The school is just lucky the injuries were not worse,...or that this thug didnt hurt any kids. That kid AND THE PRINCIPLE should be removed from that school.
The parents had to have had some idea that their son was having some anger issues. That just doesn't appear one day. All. Although maybe they were providing additional services to him that we are not aware of. So I hope that no one believes that I am blaming these parents because I am in no way blaming these parents
Yesina needs to go bye bye. She has no clue what is good for kids. She is incompetent.
Duron thinking to himself: "So, how can I make sure to really stand out and let the scouts see what I can do?"
You may be quite correct. They will be looking at the "fire in his belly" as the reason to draft him. Hopefully, the existing pros would NOT look kindly on this kind of jerk and put a little extra effort in putting him on his back at every opportunity.
Players with his abilities are a dime a dozen. His pathetic attitude will keep him from going to any college or professional team.
Duron thinking to himself: "That ref deserved everything he got and more. Why does everyone always pick on me? I Didn't Do Anything".
She was protecting one of her own.
GOOD!!!!!!!.......
This was a criminal assault. Why is he not being criminally charged?
There's a skewed sense of justice by attributing one person's violent behavior to an entire school program. I believe punishing the whole team, coaches and school is just plain wrong. South Texas officials are brutal and take their football way too serious.
It's not wrong. there's a pattern of bad decisions and bad actions here. This sends a message to this school and others; F around, find out.
@@robk1310 I can see that kind of justice happening at a military boot camp but high school football ? Really ? Why should innocent folks be blamed for someone else's criminal behavior. That's just plain stupid and counterproductive. It discourages the good folks and actually fosters anti - authority sentiment.
This was the beginning of his life long problems...
Imagine your life, sitting alone in your office, wearing a mask, in 2023.
Expel him. Let his parents figure it out. He crossed a line and lost his spot. Too bad, too sad.
This kid has issues
That boy has can’t control his anger , smh if u mad just let it go my dude .
Any player who lays hands on a ref should be banned for life AND face assault charges
This thug player should be expelled from school, disqualified from participation in any organized sports for the rest of his life, and placed in jail for 3 or more years. With this you are sending a string message to the other kids that this will not be tolerated.
Looks like he's still at it. Just got arrested a few days ago in 2024. For assault.
That Molina woman should be FIRED!
"TACKLE" that was criminal assault!
The punishment should issued be from a judge. That was a clear crime of battery. If the ref was over age 60, it's a felony too.
He should have been charged with battery, expelled from school and banned from football at ALL levels !
