    Thanks again, Colm.
    it never seems tto end the amazing things that seem to be introduced in these movements add more releases that other movements , did not do.
    i have noticed in learning new movements, such as this one for me, that going even slower and giving my brain time to learn, it might need more time in movments shown.
    i dont think you might want to mention that more often!??

      Try this one Naveen, the part where you draw the foot back toward shin will pandiculate the tibialis anterior:

      Thanks for watching. For TOS you want to relax all the muscles of the neck, chest and shoulders. I'd recommend the following movements, do them in the order presented below:
      Startle Reflex: ua-cam.com/video/j2zmz8v41MY/v-deo.html
      Tight Chest: ua-cam.com/video/k2T42Qh-sbs/v-deo.html
      Pulling Rope:ua-cam.com/video/oDxlQGxOj-8/v-deo.html
      Arm Twists: ua-cam.com/video/KqII-ioRwww/v-deo.html
      Let me know how that goes.

      @@LearnSomatics Hi well i think its many of the movements that i tried over time the arch and curl i always start with as a warm up, then i add the crunch. hip hikes with straight legs and bent, also i do them on my tummy. the single leg arch and curl and taking it to the diagonal. the twisted pelvis routine was the icing on the cake. i also do all the side abdominal releasing. I am a personal trainer and pilates teacher so i have done a lot of research into sciatica for myself as to the exercises that exacerbate it i no longer do any kind of leg press at the gym, i only do pilates adductor and abductor work and not on machines. i no longer stretch out the hip flexors as advised by so many professionals as i find that if done too often again makes things way worse i rather so a somatic release of this area and focus more on gently strengthening . i also looked at the alexander technique and the right way of getting in and out of a car for instance and looked at what i was sitting on and how i was sitting. So i am now studying somatics myself to be able to start helping so many of my pilates clients. you and your videos helped me so much that i see somatics as a calling and wish i had known about this way of releasing the pain that literally had me having to use crutches to walk and made my life so miserable. i am also a very severe misophonia suferer so somatics really calms my nervous system and takes away a lot of the anxiety associated with sound as it puts the body into flight or fight and then the adrenaline stays stored in the bodyand nervous system. so all round i am a happier pain free more relaxed person. i do somatics 2 to 3 times a week more if i get the chance. very grateful

    While doing the exercise for the left arm, my left hand kept tingling. It’s one of the issues I have with my left arm/shoulder. It didn’t start until rotating the shoulder back and clamping down the arm pit. Any suggestions?

      @milijanadelevic9988 Рік тому

      Do you have a frozen shoulder or a chronic problem with the shoulder? Tingling usually happens when muscle spasms are huge on the scapular level, neck, or in the case of shoulder tendinitis, which could be in your case.

      Hi Victoria, those kinds of sensations are not uncommon when we start releasing tension in our muscles. Try the following videos to free up the shoulder girdle some more:

      @@milijanadelevic9988 I do have a chronic shoulder problem that comes and goes. It’s usually fine unless my child pulls on my arm or I sleep on that side. After watching a video from a few PTs I think I may have a rotator cuff tear.
